Description
Изобретение относитс к обработке мет1аллов давлением, в частности шга получени деталей из листового материала формовкой Б режиме сверхпластичности избыточным давлением рабочей среды. Известен способ штамповки деталей из листовых заготовок в состо нии сверхпластичности путем приложени равномерно распределенного деформирующего усили к заготовке, покрытрй нера номерным слоем сублиматора. В качестве Покрыти используют сублиматор с температурой сублимации, близкой к ниж ней границе состо ни сверхпластичности штампуемого сплава 1. Недостатком известного способа вл етс большой расход сублиматора, так как дпй осуществлени сублимации во врем нагрева дс( начала штамповки и в течение времени штамповки (значителы/ нрго при сверхпластической деформации) издели необходим слой покрыти значительной толщины, посколько врем субпимации пропорционально толщине покрыти . Цель изобретени - экономи сублиматора . Дл достижени поставленной цели в качестве покрыти используют сублиматор с температурой сублимации, близкой к верхней границе состо ни .сверхпластичности штампуемого сплава, а штамповку осуществл ют в два этапа, обеспечива на первом этапе при нагреве от температуры нижней границы состо ни сверхпластичности штампуемого сплава до температуры верхней гран1щы состо ни сверхпластичности штампуемого сплава, неполное деформирование с получением промежуточной заготовки с отношением ее высоты к ее диаметру равным 0,3О ,4, а на втором этапе окончательно деформируют заготовку при температуре верхней границы состо ни сверхпластичности штампуемого сплава. As a coating, a sublimator with a sublimation temperature close to the upper limit of the state of superplasticity of the alloy being poured is used as a coating, and punching is carried out in two stages, providing at the first stage when heated from the temperature of the lower limit of the state of superplasticity of the alloy being poured to the temperature of the upper edge the state of superplasticity of the alloy being forged, incomplete deformation to produce an intermediate billet with a ratio of its height to its diameter equal to 0.3O, 4, and at the second stage of windows atelno deform the preform at a temperature upper limit of the condition of superplasticity a formed alloy.
