Description
сообщены также с управл ющей полостью клапана 12 и между собой через обратные клапаны 19 и 20.
Аккумул тор 1 сообщен с распределителем 6 гидромагистралью 21, в которой установлены регулируемый дроссе/ть, 22 и кран 23, а резервуар 7 - гидромагистралью 24. Параллельно крану 22 к гидромагистрали 21 подключен вспомогательный насос 25 с ручным управлением. Распределитель 6 сообщен с гидроцилиндрами 2 и 3 гидромагист рал ми 26 и 27 соответственно.
В пневмомагистрали 13 последовательно установлены кран 28, фильтр 29 и молекул рное сито 30, а в пневмомагистрали 11 - фильтр 31. Магистральный трубопровод 10 сообщен с пневмомагистралью 13 через обратные клапаны 32 и 33.
Пневмогидравлический привод работаетследующим образом.
В исходном полон ении запорный орган 5 закрыт. При этом кран 28 открыт, а клапаны 12, 17 и 18 закрыты. Дл открыти запорного органа 5 открывают клапан 17. Сжатый газ из магистрального трубопровода 10 по пневмомагистрали 13 поступает под давлением к клапану 14, устанавлива распределитель 6 в левое положение, и через обратный клапан 19 - к пневмоуправл емому клапану 12, открыва его. Сжатый газ поступает по пневмомагистрали 11 к аккумул тору I, создава в нем избыточное давление и вытесн из него масло в гидромагистраль 21. Масло поступает в гидроцилиндр 2, перемеща его поршень и привод в действие устройство 4, открывающее запорный орган 5. При этом масло вытесн етс из гидроцилиндра 3 в резервуар 7 по гидромагист , рали 24.
После открыти запорного органа аккумул тор 1 тер ет избыточное давление и масло из резервуара 7 поступает по трубопроводу 8 через обратный клапан 9 обратно в аккумул тор 1. Дл закрыти запорного органа включают клапан 18 и сжатый газ поступает по пневмомагистрали 16 к клапану 14, переключа распределитель 6 в правое положение. При этом масло из аккумул тора 1 поступает в гидроцилиндр 3, привод
в действие устройство 4, закрывающее запорный орган.
