Description

5,The invention relates to the drying, control and control of the process of subli, day-drying. There is a method of controlling the process of sublimation thermo-sensitive materials p | 1 and supplying them with heat from energy sources by measuring the temperature of the surface and the middle of the layer of the material being released. Measuring temperatures using this method is measured with thermocouples frozen into product 1. The disadvantage of this method is the low reliability of controlling the end of the process. Due to the need to introduce thermocouples into the product to a strictly defined depth. Inaccuracy in determining the end of the process leads either to a marriage due to the lack of drying of the product, or to a loss of productivity of the facilities due to a forced increase in the drying time. In addition, this method cannot be used in continuous-scale sublimation plants due to the difficulty of installation, which occurs when thermocouples are introduced into the middle of the moving layer. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the control; ending the drying process. This is achieved by the fact that during temperature measurement the material is isolated from energy sources, the rate of its fall is determined, and from this speed the moment of the end of the drying process is judged ... Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a device implementing a method in batch installations; in fig. 2-device diagram, realizing-. method in continuous installations. Above the surface of product 1 (FIG. 1) a sensor 2 of surface temperature is placed, connected to the secondary device 3, M5 by energy sources 4, by means of which energy transfer to product 1 is carried out, and sensor 2 is located the screen 5, introduced during the measurement time, during the drying process The product is supplied with energy from sources 4 and the temperature of its surface is measured by sensor 2. To determine when the sublimation process ends, sources 5 are inserted between sources 4. and product 1,
