Устройство дл обезвоживани волокнистых материалов состоит из клиновой и прессовой группы валков. Клинова группа состоит из нижних валков 1 и постепенно приближающихс к ним верхних валков 2. Прессова группа состоит из нижних валков 3 и верхних валков 4, причем валки прессовой группы выполнены с постепенно уменьшаюшимис диаметрами и установлены с уменьшающимис межцентровыми рассто ни ми по ходу движени сеток. За прессовой группой расположены приводные валки 5 и 6. Устройство имеет отклон ющие 7 и 8, а также поддерживающие 9 и 10 валки, на которых нат нуты нижн 11 и верхн 12 бесконечные сетки. За прессовой группой валков могут быть установлены два дополнительные валка 13 и 14, диаметр которых больше, чем диаме-тр остальных валков прессовой группы, причем они образуют S-образный перегиб бесконечных сеток 11 и 12.A device for dewatering fibrous materials consists of a wedge and press group of rolls. Благодар этому увеличиваетс врем прессовани волокнистого материала, а следовательно , его сухость.
