Изобретение относитс к металлургии в области непрерывного лить и, в частности к конструкции устройств дл охлаждени слитка в машине непрерывного лить и
Известна форсунка дл вторичного охлаждени непрерывнолитой заготовки, в которой оси входного и выходного отверстий перпен дшсул рны 1.
Однако така форсунка не позвол ет получить равномерное распределение охладител по всему сечению факела струи.
Целью изобретени вл етс обеспечение равномерности охлаждени в широком диап& зоне примен емых давлений.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что выходное отверстие предлагаемой форсунки вьшолнено в виде шели, угол раствора которой составл ет от 70 до 130 , а ограничительные поверхности щели н внутренн поверхность форсунки образуют острый угол.
На фиг. 1 представлена предложенна форсунка , разрез по продольной оси; на фиг. 2- то же, разрез по выходному щелевому отверг стикх.
Форсунка представл ет собой корпус 1, в котором оси входного 2 и выходного 3 от верстий периендикул рны друг другу. Корпус
1имеет резьбовую часть 4 дл ввинчивани в трубопровод. Напротив входного отверстн
2кортус закрыт з 1глушкрй 5, положение которой можно регулировать и фиксировать при помощи винта 6. Поверхность 7 laarnyniки 5, обращенна к жидкости, имеет спеш альную форму дл повышени рав омерйостн распределени охладител .

Форсунка работает следующим обрезом.
Дл охлаждени слитка 220x900 мм форсунку устанавливают на рассто нии 450 мм ot его поверхности. Диаметр осевого канала в корпусе форсунки составл ет 15,8 мм, глубина щели - 6,5 мм и ширина шели 1,7 мм. Угол раскрыти щели равен 90 . Смачиваема поверпсность слитка 19 мм. Распределение воды по смачиваемоК аопер
