(54) СПОСОБ ДРОБЛЕНИЯ СВОБОДНО ВЫТЕКАЮЩЕЙ СТРУИ РАСПЛАВА.

Claims (3)

1. Способ дроблени  свободно вытекающей с: руи расплава при помощи газа или жидкости, подаваекоос из р да сопел, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью более эффективюго дроблени  расплава, струю дроб т потоками газа, сход щимис  в общей зона соударени , причем углы встречи газовых потоков со струей металла различны .
2; Способ ПО П. «отличающийс  тем, что стру  расплава в горизонталь{ й плоскости представл ет собой пр моугольник, причти Кажда  система сстел создает поток, проход щий через одну Или обе большие стороны струи расплава.
3. Способ.по пп. 1 и 2, отличающий
с   тем, что обе системы потоков газа расположены на различных уровн х.
4,Способ по rai. 1 к 2, отличающийс   тем, что кажда  система потоков газа включает потоки, симметрично расположенные в круговой последовательности вокруг вертикальной оси струи расплава.
5,Способ ПОШ1. 1 и 2, отличающийс  тем, что поток газа или жидкости, создаваемый каждой системой сопел, состоит из двух струй, кажда  из которых проходит по всей ширине бсотьших сторон струи расшива.
6,Способ по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийс   тем, что струи потока газа или жидкости, выход щие из каждого р да одной системы сопел, переезжаютс  со стру ми потока из смежного, р да другой системы сопел.
