Description
Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к устройствам дл соединени кромок издели из листового материала. Известно устройство, содержащее валки предварительной загибки кромок одна в другую , две пары валков окончательной гибки и валки дл сплющивани загнутых кромок. Однако на известном устройстве дл соединени кромок издели из листового материала невозможно получить особо надельный фальцевой щов тройной загибки, когда одна из соедин емых кромок имеет две отбортовки под углом 90°, расположенные на рассто нии одна от другой и согнутые в одном направлении , а друга кромка дополнительно имеет отбортовку под углом 90°, согнутую в противоположном направлении. Цель изобретени - получение надежного фальцевого шва тройной загибки. Это достигаетс тем, что в предлагаемом устройстве один из валков первой пары окон ,чательной гибки выполнен с клиновидным выступом на рабочей поверхности, а другой- с соответствующим клиновидным пазом, при этом втора пара валков имеет на рабочей поверхности скосы с параллельными стенками . На фиг. 1 изображено предлагаемое устройство , вид сбоку; на фиг. 2 - кромка листов в исходном положении; на фиг. 3-разрез А-А фиг. 1; на фиг. 4-6-соответственно разрезы Б-Б, В-В, Г-Г фиг. 1. ha раме 1 установлены с возможностью поворота четыре пары валков: предварительной гибки 2-о, две пары валков окончательной гибки 4-5, 6-7 и валки дл сплющивани загнутых кромок 8-9. Валки одной пары соединены между собой посредством зубчатых колес. Один из валков одной пары приводитс во вращение цепной передачей от соседней пары валков, причем цепна передача соедин ет между собой только две соседние пары валков (не показано ). Одно из зубчатых колес пары валков 2-3 соединено с общим приводом устройства (не показано). Таким образом, все четыре пары валков вращаютс синхронно. На фиг. 2 показано сечение соедин емых между собой листов 10 и 11. Лист 10 имеет три отбортованных участка 12-14 на угол Эи, а лист И-два отбортованных участка 15 и 16. Валок 2 выполнен цилиндрическим, а валок 3 имеет кольцевой паз 17, имеющий наклонную стенку 18 и перпендикул рную оси вращени стенку 19. Валок 4 имеет кольцевой паз 20 с наклонной стенкой 21 и с перпендикул рной оси вращени стенкой 22, а валок 5-кольцевой выступ 23 с наклонной поверхностью 24 и перпендикул рной стенкой 25. Валки 4 и 5 имеют еще фланцы 26 и 27.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for joining the edges of a sheet material. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a reliable fold seam triple bend. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device one of the rolls of the first pair of windows, of flexible bending, is made with a wedge-shaped protrusion on the working surface, and the other with a corresponding wedge-shaped groove, while the second pair of rolls has bevels with parallel walls on the working surface. One of the gear wheels of a pair of rolls 2-3 is connected to a common drive device (not shown). Thus, all four pairs of rolls rotate synchronously. FIG. 2 shows the cross-section of interconnected sheets 10 and 11. Sheet 10 has three flanged sections 12-14 at the Ei angle, and sheet I-two flanged sections 15 and 16. The roller 2 is cylindrical, and the roller 3 has an annular groove 17, having an inclined wall 18 and a perpendicular axis of rotation of the wall 19. The roller 4 has an annular groove 20 with an inclined wall 21 and with a perpendicular axis of rotation wall 22, and the roller has a 5-annular protrusion 23 with an inclined surface 24 and perpendicular wall 25. The rollers 4 and 5 have flanges 26 and 27.
