Description
This invention relates to the field of forestry mechanization.
At present, significant areas of logging sites, meadows, etc., are renewed with low-value tree species. For the rational use of land and the maximum satisfaction of the needs of the national economy in valuable wood, low-value young people are undergoing reconstruction, i.e., they are replaced by the most valuable plantations. Of all the methods of reconstruction, the method of gradual reconstruction by the corridor method is the most expedient and economically beneficial. With such a reconstruction, corridors 2.5–4 m wide every 4–6 m are cleared in a low-value planting, in which soil is prepared and valuable trees of spruce seedlings or seedlings are planted. The young ones remaining in the scenes for the first time protect the landings from winds and frosts, create a fit for them, and later, from these scenes and landings, form the composition necessary for planting.
Reconstruction is carried out with the use of various masks and tools, but all of them are not very effective in these works. For example, clearing and preparing the soil with various sweepers and uproaders with mower collectors causes the topsoil to be torn off, and the resulting heaps of branches form.
Широкое применение получила технологи , предусматривающа roots and soils are of considerable size and exclude almost the mechanization of all subsequent operations. Widespread use of technology, providing
Раздельное выполнение операций, их энергоемкость и высока стоимость затрудн ют проведение этих работcleaning corridors with brush cutters; cleaning cut vegetation; preparing the soil with plows and planting machines. Separate operations, their energy consumption and high cost make it difficult to carry out these works.
в большом масштабе.on a large scale.
Also known is the technology of reconstructing low-fat young plants on overmoistened soils with the help of plow-grooves of type PKLN-500. According to this technology, the aggregate, moving across the tracks by the tractor tracks, crushes the vegetation, and the ground, divided into two layers, from the ditch, embeds it. This technology has the same drawback as all methods of developing augmented land by shrub vegetation: sufficiently strong and durable is necessary for satisfactory plowing of the shrubbery and low thickness 5-6 m.
Последующа обработка таких земель возможна только после перегнивани запаханной растительности и осадки пласта.layer And yet the reservoir does not fit tightly due to the resilience of the vegetation to be plowed. Subsequent tillage of such lands is possible only after rotting of plowed-over vegetation and sediment formation.
полную заделку древесно-кустарниковой массы с предварительным измельчением ее.complete embedding of the tree-shrub mass with its preliminary grinding.
В предлагаемом орудии в передней части установлен каток с режущими элементами, расположенными по образующей, перед катком установлена рама дл пригибани кустарника .In the proposed tool, in the front part there is a roller with cutting elements located along the generatrix; a frame for bending the shrub is installed in front of the roller.
The drawing schematically shows the proposed instrument. On the frame / mounted plow body 2, with knives 3, located in front of the buildings.
In front of the frame is a roller 4 with cutting elements 5 for the full width of the gun.
The technological process of work proceeds as follows.
The implement is aggregated with the tractor by means of a hitch 6. When the assembly moves forward, the vegetation bends down and is partially crushed by the tracks of the tractor. The frame 7, installed in front of the roller, bends the growth along the course of movement, the roller even more presses it to the soil surface and crushes with knives into segments whose length is equal to the distance
The hull residues next to the hull roll around. In order to protect the hulls from damage, as well as, for a more stable gun course, the knives 5 are made saber, passing to the field boards. The knives cut the roots of vegetation, which contributes to the better dumping of the formation, and protects the hull from damage, recessed them when encountering insurmountable obstacles.
