В предлагаемом приборе дл измерени скорости движени паровозов применен приводимый в Движение от колеса .поршневой иасос, который перекачивает жидкость из бака в цилиндр. Из последнего жидкость частично перетекает непосредственно обратно в бак, а частично в другой цилиндр, передвиггающий поршень, ведущий пластинку с различными отверсти ми , диафр.агм1 рующими цыпускное отверстие в тот жебак; этот поршень имеет т гу, сочлененную со стрелкою указателем и, кроме того, несущую каран даш дл записи на цилиндре, вращаемом часовым механизмом.
