Abstract
The invention relates to gas cleaning and allows for the selective extraction of hydrogen chloride in the presence of nitrogen dioxide. Gases containing acidic impurities are passed through anion-exchange fibrous sorbent with pyridine groups — a graft copolymer of cellulose and polymethylvinylpyridine, previously treated with hydrochloric acid to a content of 1.5–2 ohm-eq / g of chloride ions in the sorbent. The selectivity of separation of HCI and N02 in the process of extraction from gases reaches 92-100%. 2 tab.

HCI).passing through anion exchange fibrous sorbent with pyridine groups (VION AN-1 fiber) in chloride form (i.e., pre-treated with HCI solution).
70%.The disadvantage of this method is its extremely low efficiency when used for the separation of such acidic gases as nitrogen dioxide and hydrogen chloride. The coefficient of selectivity in this case does not exceed 70%.
The aim of the invention is the selective extraction of hydrogen chloride in the presence of nitrogen dioxide.
This goal is achieved by using a modified hydrated cellulose fiber pretreated with hydrochloric acid as anion-exchange fibrous sorbent with pyridine groups.

As an anion-exchange fibrous sorbent with pyridine groups, graft copolymer of cellulose and polymethylvinylpyridine (fiber CM-A 1) is used, and the pretreatment is carried out with hydrochloric acid to the content of chloride ions in the sorbent equal to 1.5-2.0 mg-eq / year
50%. The proposed method was tested by passing a gas-air mixture containing 50 mg / m3 of nitrogen dioxide and 150 mg / m3 of hydrogen chloride through a sample of a mass of 1 g (as a nonwoven fabric or pulp) at 20 ° C. The relative humidity of the gas-air mixture is 50%.
During the tests, the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the HWS after filtration and the moment of hydrogen chloride breakthrough are determined.

Table 2 presents data illustrating the validity of the choice of the limits of the acid content in the sorbent. The evaluation criterion is the maximum selectivity coefficient.
Анализ приведенных данных показывает , что предлагаемый способ позвол ет осуществить разделение хлороводорода и диоксида азота с высокой степенью селективности .An analysis of these data shows that the proposed method allows the separation of hydrogen chloride and nitrogen dioxide with a high degree of selectivity.
The proposed sorbent allowed us to develop a gas analyzer that allows us to continuously determine the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the HWS containing
