Description
This invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the number of recurrences of the disease.
The method is carried out as follows.
Laser radiation is carried out from the apparatus. A pattern with a wavelength of 0.89 µm, a frequency of 160 Hz, a power of up to 7 W per pulse for 2 minutes per field at biologically active points, a total of 6 points, while two points are simultaneously irradiated
The patient, 53 years old, suffers from bronchial asthma, an infectious-allergic hormone-dependent form, for 10 years. Exacerbations annually, 3-4 times in 1 g. Accepts corticosteroids, maintaining a dose of 20 mg of prednisolone per day. During the exacerbation of 30-40 mg of prednisolone per day. The last admission is in asthmatic status for 3 dM in the intensive care unit. From the fourth day after the transfer to the therapeutic department, the intensive care unit began a course of semiconductor laser therapy for biologically active points for 2 minutes, a total of 6 points, with two points being irradiated. On the second day from the start of treatment, the choking attacks stopped, a large amount of sputum was released, and auscultation of the lungs showed a significant decrease in the broncho-obstructive component. The dose of corticosteroid drugs on the background of laser therapy is reduced to 10 mg per day. Twelve sessions of laser therapy were performed, after which he was discharged in a satisfactory condition on day 16 after admission. At the end of the course of treatment, the patient was actively engaged in physical exercises without the occurrence of shortness of breath and attacks of suffocation.
