The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the composition of steel, and can be used in the production of hot-rolled sheets for mechanical engineering, for example for automobile wheel disks.
The purpose of the invention is to increase fatigue strength and relative elongation of steel.
The proposed and known steels are melted in an induction furnace with a capacity of 100 kg, poured into ingots weighing 25 kg, forged into billets and rolled into strips 5 mm thick at a rolling end temperature of 910-930 ° C. The chemical composition of the steel is given in table. 1. Mechanical tests are carried out in accordance with GOST 1497-73, tests for high-cycle fatigue are carried out in accordance with GOST 25.502-79 on an EDC-20 dyn hydro-pulsating testing machine with a one-sided asymmetric cycle with an asymmetry factor of 0.2 , on flat specimens (type IV) with a base test of 3,106 cycles. The results of the mechanical tests are presented in Table 2. The use of the proposed steel instead of the known for the manufacture of parts in mechanical engineering operating under alternating cyclic loads will ensure an increase in their operational reliability. In addition, the increased ductility of steel in the hot rolled state makes it possible to increase the yield during rolling and improve its machinability.
