Abstract
0,25-035The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to steel mills operating under conditions of intense abrasive wear and high static loads in combination with small dynamic loads, for example, links of tracks of energy-saturated tractors. The purpose of the invention is to increase ductility and toughness. The proposed steel contains the following components, wt.%: Carbon 0,25-035

2 табл.iron - the rest. In comparison with the known steel, the proposed steel has higher values of ductility and toughness (approximately 2.0 times at 20 ° C and 2-3 times at minus 60 ° C) when used in a cast state after quenching and low tempering without pre-rolling in hot condition. 2 tab.

Изобретение относитс к металлургии , в частности к стал м, работающим в услови х интенсивного абразивного изнашивани и больших статических нагрузкок в сочетании с малыми динамическими нагрузками (например , звень гусениц энергонасыщенных тракторов) .The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to steel workers operating under conditions of intense abrasive wear and large static loads in combination with low dynamic loads (for example, links of tracks of energy-saturated tractors).
The purpose of the invention is to increase ductility and toughness.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
The steel was smelted in an induction furnace with a 30 kg basic lining. Filling was made directly from the furnace without overflowing the metal into the ladle. In the process of heating, the metal was stirred by an electromagnetic field. Then the furnace was turned off and, when the required pouring temperature was reached, the following form was filled.
2.The chemical composition of the steel produced is given in table. 1, the mechanical properties of these steels are in t & bl. 2
The content of sulfur and phosphorus in the proposed and known steels was less than 0.04 wt.% Each.
In tab. 2 shows the mechanical and casting properties of the proposed and known steels after quenching from 1050 ° C to water and low tempering at 200 ° C for 3 hours.
The proposed steel has higher values of ductility and toughness compared to the known one.
