Abstract
The invention relates to the fodder production, in particular, to methods for preparing granular fodder for animals and fish. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the target product by increasing the water resistance and strength of the granulated feed. In the method of producing granulated feed for animals and fish, including mixing the feed components with the binder and then granulating the mixture, the hydrolyzate of activated sludge at a final concentration of 4-8% with a dry matter content of 15-20% is used as the binder activated sludge is pretreated with celloviridin in an amount of 0.1-1.0% by weight of dry matter. The use of the invention in the production of animal feeds improves the quality of feed by partially replacing animal deficiencies of animal origin with microbial ones by equivalent substitution and increasing water resistance and granule strength. 4 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the fodder production, in particular, to methods for preparing granular fodder for animals and fish.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the target product by increasing the water resistance of the granulated feed.
Hydrolyzed activated sludge (GAI) in an amount of 20 kg with a solids content of 3.5 kg, i.e., 17.5% was treated with the enzyme celloviridin in an amount of 0.5% by weight of GAI solids, i.e. 0.018 kg for 60 min During the fermentation process, microbial cells of activated sludge are destroyed, protein and biologically active substances are released, which contributes to an increase in protein digestibility and more complete absorption of nutrients.
The chemical composition of the enzymatically treated sludge (FOAI) is presented in table. 1 and is advantageously different from the proteins used in the prior art.
The resulting FOAI is biochemically similar to animal proteins.
3.In nadpressovy mixer goes loose feed with a moisture content of 12%. 6.0% FOAI was added thereto. The composition of the feed, (% dry basis) is presented in table. 3
4.The mixture is subjected to granulation on a matrix with a diameter of 4.7 mm Indicators of the quality of the granules obtained according to the proposed and known methods are given in table. four.
As can be seen from the table. 4, feed pellets obtained by the proposed method, have a water resistance that exceeds the WCF

2,1 %.dignity of the granules obtained by a known method by 40%. The granularity of the granules is lower by 2.1%.
The quality indicators of granulated feed with a different amount of FOAI injected in different ratios are given in Table. 2, which allowed to justify the percentage of input of activated sludge and the solids content in it.
Предлагаемый в качестве св зующего ФОАИ содержит в составе сухих веществ 60-65 % высококачественного белка, сбалансированного по всем незаменимым аминокислотам , что в значительной степени повышает кормовую ценность полученного целевого продукта, который содержит сырого протеина 31.1 % (известный содержит 30,4 %).Offered as a binder, FOAI contains 60-65% of high-quality protein in its dry matter content, balanced for all essential amino acids, which greatly increases the nutritional value of the obtained target product, which contains 31.1% crude protein (known contains 30.4%).
Thus, the use of the invention in the production of animal feed provides a partial replacement of the deficient
белков животного происхождени на микробные путем эквивалентного замещени и увеличени водостойкости, прочности гранул .animal proteins to microbial proteins by equivalent substitution and increase in water resistance, granule strength.
