Description
The invention relates to masses for the manufacture of heat insulating coatings on the lining of a metal casting device.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the volumetric mass and improve the thermal insulation properties while maintaining high strength.
The preparation of the heat insulating mass is carried out by mixing sintered magnesite, chromite, pekokske coke breeze and gypsum powder in a paddle batch mixer. Periclase and chromite are loaded, mixed for 3-4 minutes, then peck-coke breeze and gypsum are added and mixed for another 4-5 minutes. The total mixing time is at least 8-9 minutes. Introduction
е. непосредственно при нанесении покрытий.the binder in a mixture of an aqueous solution of liquid glass with a density of 1.15-1.17 g / cm is carried out during shotcrete at the exit of the gun nozzle, i.e. directly during coating.
2.Specific mass compositions are given in Table. 1, and their properties - in table.2.

As can be seen from Table 2., the proposed mass is characterized by better thermal insulation properties, lower bulk density, lower thermal conductivity and provides sufficiently durable coatings that prevents the possibility of contamination of the metal with additional non-metallic inclusions, forming in the event of destruction of the coatings.
