Abstract
The invention relates to compositions for heat insulating building materials based on phenol-formaldehyde resins, used as a heat insulating material in various sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the temperature of foaming and curing of the foam while reducing the acid number of the final material. This goal is achieved by the fact that the composition, consisting (in wt.%) Of 25.0 - 43.9 phenol-alcohols, 29.3 - 30.0 of clay salt, 20.0 - 21.9 benzenesulfonic acid, additionally contains 4.9 - 25.0 fast-condensing phenol-formaldehyde oligomer. The use of this composition makes it possible to reduce the temperature of foaming and curing by 70 - 80 ° C, and the acid number by 3 - 8 mg KOH / g. 2 tab.
Description
The invention relates to compositions for thermal insulating building materials based on phenol-formaldehyde resins used as a thermal insulating material in various sectors of the national economy.
Цель изобретени - снижение температуры вспенивани и отверждение пенопласта при одновременном снижении кислотного числа конечного материала .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the foaming temperature and cure the foam while reducing the acid number of the final material.
The goal is achieved in that a water-soluble, rapidly condensing phenol-formaldehyde oligomer is additionally introduced into a known composition for the preparation of foam containing phenol-alcohols, an acidic hardener and a blowing agent.
The composition for the foam is made as follows.
Phenol alcohols are mixed with a rapidly condensing water-soluble phenol-formaldehyde oligomer of the SFZh-3016, SFZh-309 brands. Alumina powder is added to the resulting binder and mixed thoroughly for 30-60 C. Benzenesulfonic acid is added to the mixture and thoroughly mixed again. Next, the formed composition is poured into molds of any configuration, in which the foam is foamed and cured for 12-15 minutes at 40-50 ° C.
In tab. 1 shows the composition of the composition: in table. 2 - properties of the foam on its basis.
The use of the proposed composition makes it possible to reduce the temperature of foaming and curing by 70-80 ° C, and the acid number by 3-8 mg KOH / g.
