18% (,01, 0,001).the gain in 58 days of experience exceeded the analogs of the control group, respectively, by 170.6; 263.4; 396.8; 309.8 and 188 g, and in average daily gains by 16.7, 25.4, 38.4, 30.0 and 18% (, 01, 0.001).
When slaughtering chickens from the listed groups, about 79.8% of carcasses of the first category were obtained.
Chickens receiving the drug in doses of 0.25; 3.0 and 5.0 mg / kg body weight, exceeded the control of the 10th group in average daily gains.
2%.indicators show that chickens increase metabolism, improves the supply of cells with oxygen, as the color index of blood rises by 10.5%, which, apparently, contributes to better absorption of feed nutrients and intensive growth energy. In the experimental chickens, an increase in the total protein of serum blood and calcium compared with the analogs of the control is observed only by 5.3; 7.1, and 2%.
Broilers of the II, III, IV, V and VI groups absorbed the nutrients of the feed and the cost of feed per 1 kg increase, respectively, by 4.5, 9.3, 15.4, 10.3 and 4.8% compared with the control .
10,7%.Dodeconium as an antimicrobial drug increases the overall resistance of the body, which contributes to a better preservation of chickens. When comparing the data of experimental groups with the control, it can be seen that in the II, III, IV and V groups the safety of chickens is higher, respectively, by 5.0, 8.1, 12, 4 and 10.7%.
5.When analyzing the chemical composition of muscles, it was found that meat from broilers (in 63 days) The results of feeding dodezoni - growth stimulant in comparison with other growth stimulants are presented in Table 5.
From the comparative data 15, it can be seen that known stimulants increase animal growth by 8.6-11%, while the proposed remedy contributes to an increase in average daily growth by 38.4% and in other indicators takes precedence over known stimulators.
Thus, the effectiveness of the proposed chicken growth stimulator at optimal doses of 0.5-2.5 mg / kg body weight is obvious, average daily chicken growth rates increase by 16.7-38.4%, improve
