Abstract
The invention relates to the production of mercury and is aimed at protecting production personnel and the environment. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process. Mercury-containing surfaces are treated with a degassing reagent, which uses titanium chloride chloride waste in the form of a 10–15% aqueous solution with surfactant in an amount of 1–3%. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the production of mercury and is aimed at protecting the labor of production personnel and the environment.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1 (known). Prepare 300 ml of a 20% ferric chloride solution and treat the surface contaminated with mercury with an area of 1 m. Leave the solution to dry completely. After two days, the surface is treated with water and the remaining concentration of mercury vapor is measured, which is 0.008 mg / m.
Example 2 (proposed). Prepare 300 ml of 10% aqueous solution of titanium chloride wastes, add 1% surfactant, then, as in
Example 1. Residual mercury vapor concentration of 0.0015 mg / m.
Example 3. To 300 ml of a 10% aqueous solution of chloride wastes was added 3% surfactant, then, as in Example 1. The residual concentration of mercury vapor was 0.001 mg / m3.
Example 4. In 300 ml of a 15% aqueous solution of chloride wastes, 1% of surfactant was introduced, then, as in Example 1. The residual concentration of mercury vapor is less than 0.001 mg / m.
0,0015.Example 5. In 300 ml of a 15% aqueous solution of chloride wastes, 3% of surfactants are introduced, then, as in Example 1, the residual concentration of mercury vapor is 0.0015.
Example 6. Preparing 300 ml of 2% ferric chloride, add 1% surfactant, then, as in example 1. OS4 CO H N9 SL

таточнап концентраци napoR ртути 0,013 мг/м .The concentration of mercury napoR is 0.013 mg / m.
Based on the fact that in a 10% solution of chloride wastes an average of about 2% of ferric chloride is contained in the table for comparison, the data on demercurization with pure 2% Fe chloride with surfactant and waste with PLV are given.
The results of the experiments are summarized in the table.
The research results confirm the advantages of the complex effect of chloride waste as a de-distiller.
Таким образом, по сравнению с известным предлагаемое техническое решение имеет р д преимуществ: улуч iThus, in comparison with the known, the proposed technical solution has a number of advantages: improve i
The efficiency of the process is more than 5 times faster, its efficiency is increased 10 times and the working conditions of the service personnel and the state of the environment are improved.
