Abstract
& (ЛThe invention relates to water treatment, can be used in the water recycling systems of enterprises of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy and allows you to increase the speed of the process while providing a similar degree of intelligence. The water is treated with a composition containing, in wt.%: Sodium phosphate 2-8, gypsum 0.1-0.2, diphenylamine 0.01-0.02, and water the rest. The composition is introduced in the amount of 0.5-2% of the volume of treated water. The treatment with the composition makes it possible to completely eliminate the total and carbonate hardness, reduce the content of 2 + and also of Ca2, Mgz% Fe sulfate and chloride ions, and increase the water drain rate by 4 times. 4 tab. & (L
Description
Цель изобретени - повышение скорости процесса при обеспечении аналогичной степени ум гчени .The invention relates to the treatment of water and can be used P systems of circulating water supply of enterprises of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed of the process while providing a similar degree of intelligence.

The composition is prepared by dissolving the constituents in water. Use the composition in the amount of 0.5-2% of the volume of treated water, depending on its hardness.
The treatment is carried out by direct contact of the reagent with water and subsequent settling of the sparingly soluble compounds. The reagent can be used at any temperature of the treated water in both static and dynamic conditions.
1,62Example. In 959 ml of water, 20 g of sodium phosphate, 0.1 g of diphenylamine, and 1 g of gypsum are dissolved with stirring. The composition contains 2% sodium phosphate, 0.01% diphenylamine and 0.1% gypsum. With the introduction of this composition in the amount of 0.5-2% of the volume of treated water, the total hardness decreases from 4.83 to 0.67-0.0 mEq / l, at a rate of 0.02 mg eq / l, carbonate - from 1.62
