Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к оборудованию дл  приготовлени  теста. Цель изобретени  - возможность осуществлени  непрерывного замеса без разрезани  перерабатываемых компонентон пищевых продуктов и кормов. В полом цилиндрическом корпусе 1 установлен по оси шнек 4, а вокруг него размещены планетарные шнеки 5, смонтированные с возможностью взаимодействи  с осевым шнеком. На внутренней поверхности корпуса 1 выполнены спиральные пазы 6. Шнек 4 соединен с- приводом, 5 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил.

Claims (4)

  1. Формула изобретения . 1. Устройство для замеса теста для производства хлеба и хлебобулочных изделий и низкотемпературной обработки и гомогенизации компонентов пищевых продуктов и кормов, содержащее поЛый корпус с входным патрубком и выходным отверстием, шнеком с винтовой навивкой и привод, отличающее ся тем, что, с целью осуществления непрерывного замеса без разрезания перерабатываемых компонентов пищевых продуктов и кормов, корпус выполнен цилиндрическим, один из шнеков размещен по оси корпуса и соединен с приводом, а другие шнеки размещены равномерно вокруг осевого шнека с возможностью взаимодействия с ним и планетарного перемещения, при этом на внутренней поверхности корпуса выполнены спиральные пазы для взаимодействия с винтовой навивкой планетарных шнеков, устройство снабжено кольцом, размещенным у вы ходного отверстия в корпусе, для упора в него свободных концов планетарных шнеков.
  2. 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что планетарные шнеки со стороны входного патрубка имеют различную длину.

  4. 4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что корпус ус-
    15 тановлен горизонтально или вертикально, при этом при вертикальной установке корпуса во входном патрубке установлены лопасти, укрепленные на валу, соединенном с осевым шнеком, 2Q а на выходе размещен разгрузочный шнек, содержащий два участка с прямой по ходу теста и обратной навивками, соединенный с осевым шнеком.
    25 5. Устройство по π.1, отличающееся тем, что вал с закрепленными на нем лопастями и разгрузочный шнек установлены в подшипниковых опорах.

Устройство по пп.1-5, о т л и-* чающееся тем, что горизонтально установленный корпус снабжен дополнительным цилиндрическим корпусом, размещенным перед основным по ходу движения теста с диаметром, рав35 ным основному, при этом в дополнительном корпусе размещен загрузочный шнек, соединенный с осевым шнеком .
