Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine pour la production de pâtes alimentaires. Cette machine comprend un corps qui renferme une chambre et portant à l'une de ses extrémités une filière de tréfilage interchangeable 3. Le corps présente une ouverture 6 pour l'introduction des ingrédients. Un organe mélangeur et transporteur, monté dans l'axe du corps est entraîné par un moto-réducteur 8. La chambre présente une première portion cylindrique, une portion tronconique et une deuxième portion cylindrique de plus petit diamètre et le transporteur épouse le profil de la chambre. L'invention peut être utilisée pour un usage ménager ou communautaire.
