Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à pétrir et à tréfiler. Cette machine comprend un corps 1 qui renferme deux chambres 2 et 3 à axe horizontal communiquant entre elles par un passage 4, la chambre 2 présentant une bouche radiale par où l'on introduit les ingrédients à pétrir. A l'extrémité de la chambre 3 est montée une filière interchangeable 7. La première chambre 2 renferme un organe pétrisseur 5 qui tourne autour de l'axe x-x de la chambre 2 et dans la chambre 3 est monté un organe transporteur 6 tel que par exemple une vis d'Archimède, qui tourne autour de l'axe y-y de la chambre 3 pour extruder la pâte à travers la filière. L'invention s'applique à la préparation de pâtes alimentaires.
