Образование отвала начинают с организации площадки, точки/, 2 дл заезда транспорта, располагаемой на отметке или ниже разрабатываемого горизонта прилегающего карьера. С этой площ,адки под углом естественного откоса обычнылш способами производ т отсыпку первого (верхнего) руса до предельной по призме обрушени высоты, обеспечивающей безопасную работу отвального оборудовани , точка 3 (на чертеже положение /). По мере приближени контура первого руса к предельному положению по высоте, по фронту отвала без прекращени работы на верхнем русе, производитс с точки 4,разрезка отвала с образованием рабочей площадки второго нижележащего руса, точки 5-6 (на чертеже положение //). С полученной площадки ведут отсыпку второго руса до предельной высоты до точки 7 (на чертеже положение ///). Одновременно, с отставанием на величину рабочей площадки на нижележащем русе, ведут развитие первого руса до точки 4 (на чертеже положение IV}.
