The invention relates to railway transport, and in particular to methods of mounting rail braids of a continuous rail.
The purpose of the invention is the extension of the temperature range of mounting rail lashes, increasing the uniformity of temperature stresses in them and increasing productivity.
The method is carried out as follows.
Производ т монтаж рельсовых плетей из рельсов, например, типа Р-65 проектной длиной 800 м при фактической температуре закреплени с одновременным приведением их напр женного состо ни к оптимальной температуре закреплени на режим посто нной эксплуатации t .Rail braids are mounted from rails, for example, of the type P-65 with a design length of 800 m at the actual fixing temperature, while simultaneously bringing their stress state to the optimum fixing temperature on the continuous operation mode t.
Since the actual fixing temperature is less than optimal by the value of tJ, –1f, it is necessary to provide for the creation of tensile stresses in the rod due to its elongation by the value of

The possibility of such an extension is realized by leaving gaps between the ends of the lash and equalizing rails. The size of the gaps is determined by the formula
