Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к составам гидравлической жидкости на основе сложных эфиров фосфорной кислоты. Цель изобретени  - повышение кислото- устойчивости жидкости. Гидравлическа  жидкость согласно изобретению содер- жит в качестве основы алкилариловьш эфир фосфорной кислоты и 0,.08- 0,14 мас,% присадки, представл юш;ей собой смесь эпоксисоединени  (ЭС),И- метш1-2-пирролидона (МП) и бензотриа - зола (БТА). В качестве эпоксисоединени  используют моноокись лимонена или 3,4-эпоксициклоалкш1-3,4-эпокси- циклоалкилкарбоксилат. Массовое соотношение М11:ЭС составл ет 1:1,2-6 или 1,3:1, МП:БТА - 1:1-2 или 1,9-4:1 и ЭС:БТА-2,5:1 или 3:1. При использовании жидкости согласно изобретению кислотное число в 6-10 раз ниже по сравнению с известной жидкостью и нарастание кислотности происходит более полого, 1 ил., 2 табл. Изобретение относитс  к составам гидравлической жидкости на основе сложных эфирен фосфорной кислоты, которые наход т применение в тех слу ча х, когда требуетс  огнестойкость и высокотемпературна  стабильность.
Целью изобретени   вл етс  повы- шение кислотоустойчивости жидкости.
Предлагаема  гидравлическа  жидкость состоит из основного компонента - алкиларилового сложного эфира фосфорной кислоты, смешанного с 0,09-0,15 мас.% кислотостойкой присадки , содержащей (1) Н-алкил-2-пир- ролидон, (2) эпоксисоединение и (3) бензотриазол.
В качестве эпоксидного соединени  используют моноокись лимонена, 3,4- зпоксициклоалкил-3,4-эпоксициклоал- килкарбоксилат. Особенно предпочтительным эпоксидным соединением  вл етс  моноокись лимонена, поскольку она не склонна к образованию осадков и высоко совместима с основным компонентом - алкилариловым сложным эфиром фосфорной кислоты.
Примерами подход щих сложных эфи- ров фосфорной кислоты  вл ютс : бу- тилфенилфосфаты, крезилфенилфосфаты, 2-этилгексилфенилфосфаты, октилфенил фосфаты, изодецилфенилфосфаты, кре- зилфосфаты, ксилилфосфаты, ксилилфе- нилфосфаты, ксилилкрезилфосфаты, изо пропилфенилфенилфосфаты, втор-бутил- фенилфенилфосфаты, трет-бутилфенил- фенилфосфаты и их смеси. Особенно предпочтительны из соображений термостабильности и однородности основные компоненты, содержащие смеси моно- трет-бутилфенилдифенилфосфата и ди- трет-бутилфенилфенилфосфата.

в основе - алкилариловом эфире фосфорной кислоты с получением однородной смеси. Смешивание может.быть осуществлено без труда, поскольку композици  полностью растворима в эфире фосфорной кислоты при концентраци х не более 1 мас.% в расчете на гидравлическую жидкость. Жидкость
Q стабильна при хранении, но должна содержатьс  в герметичных емкост х, чтобы избежать загр знени  водой и воздействи  воздуха.
Пример. Данный пример иллюст15 рирует изменение свойств гидравлических жидкостей на основе алкилари- ловых эфиров фосфорной кислоты, содержащих различные типы и количества присадок.
2Q Около 800 г трет-бутилфенилфенил- фосфата загружают в трехгорлую круг- лодонную колбу на 1 л. Колба снабжена средствами регулировани  температуры , рубашкой обогрева, мешалкой
25 и вьшуском с предусмотренным конденсатором , охлаждаемым холодной водой (дл  исключени  уноса воды). Дл  того , чтобы вызвать гидролиз в колбу к жидкости добавл ют чистый кусочек
30 меди и 8-10 г воды. Содержимое колбы перемешивают и нагревают при 93,3 С и кислотное число жидкости измер ют на 10-миллилитровых аликвот- ных пробах, отбираемых спуст  выбранные интервалы времени. Кислотность жидкости измер ют по методике испытани  ASTM D974 (нейтрализацион- ное число методом титровани  с цветовым индикатором - миллиграммы КОН на грамм жидкости).

Результаты испытаний.
Образцы A,B,C,D,E,F и G соотйет- ствутот контрольным экспериментам при отсутствии одного или нескольких компонентов присадки согласно изобретению . Образцы Н, I,J,K,L,M,N и О - жидкости согласно изобретению.
После расстановки образцов в пор дке возрастани  оценочного титруемого кислотного числа спуст  100 ч (TAN согласно стандарту ASTM D-974), получаютс  спецуюш е данные, приведенные в табл.2.
-Полное титруемое кислотное число, определенное по методике стандарта ASTM D-974.
-Образец обезвожен.
-Жидкость обработана активированным углем перед проведением испытани .
-Fyrgnel 220 - товарна  трет-бутилфени фенилфосфатна  жидкость, в зкость 42- 50 сСт при 37,8°С, производитель фирма Стауффер кемикл компани.
-3,4-Эпоксициклоалкил-3,4-эпоксицикло- алкилкарбоксилат вместо монсокиси лимонена в качестве эпоксидного компонента.
-Fyrgnel 150 - товарна  трет-бутилфени /фенилфосфатна  жидкость, в зкость 29-37 сСт при 37,8°С, производитель фирма Стауффер кемикл компани.
-Fyrgnel GT - товарна  гидравлическа  жидкость Fyrgnel 150 с добавкой стабилизатора.
-Оценка за 100 ч рассчитана методом наименьших квадратов по регрессии значений TAN свыше 0,07 во времени
с помощью уравнени : (.100) m (врем , часы)+Ъ.

Приведенна  расстановка образцов показьшает, что составы, содержащие три компонента присадки согласно изобретению, имеют более низкие кислотные числа, чем контрольные эксперименты в отсутствии одного или нескольких компонентов.
На чертеже даны три кривые, полученные на основе данных дл  проб Е, Си L, указанных в примере.

на + бензотриазол про вл ет несколько улучшенную временную задержку роста кислотности по сравнению.с образцом Е. Образец L - жидкость Fyrnel 150 + фенил-об-нафтиламин + моноокись лимонена + Н-метил-2-пирролидон + + бензотриазол соответствует изобретению и про вл ет наибольшую задержку образовани  кислоты во времени . Следует отметить также, что угол наклона (кислотное число/врем ) крайней правой кривой пробы при высоких значени х кислотности меньше, чем угол наклона кривых дл  проб Е или G. Образование кислоты в пробе L не только отсрочено в большей степени , но и нарастание ее содержани  происходит более полого, чем в случае Q контрольных проб.

Claims (1)

  1. Формула изобретени 
    Гидравлическа  жидкость, содержа- 5 Ща  алкилариловый эфир фосфорной кислоты и присадку на основе эпокси- соединени , отличающа с  тем, что, с целью повышени  стабильности и кислотоустойчивости жидкости , в качестве присадки она содержит 0,09-0,15 мае. смеси эпокси- соединени , выбранного из группы, содержащей моноокись лимонена, 3,4- эпоксициклоалкил-3,4-эпоксициклоал- килкарбоксилат, Ы-метил-2-пирролидона и бензотриазола при массовом соотношении К-метил-2-пирролидон:эпокси- соединение 1:1,2-6 или 1,3:1, N-ме- тил-2-пирролидон:бензотриазол 1:1-2 или 1,9-4:1 и эпоксисоединение:бензотриазол 2,5:1 или 3:1.
