Abstract
с (Л СThe invention relates to the production of building materials, to the composition of a polymer mixture for the manufacture of enclosing structures and thermal insulation coatings. The polymer concrete obtained is characterized by increased strength, low water absorption, shrinkage, thermal conductivity, and low cost due to recycling of production waste — spent phenol-formaldehyde foam used in water purification from oil slimes; crushed to a fraction of 0.1-1.0 mm. Polymer concrete mix contains, in May.%: Urea-formaldehyde resin 20-2 8; orthophosphoric acid 15-20; sodium carbonate 1-6, spent phenol-formaldehyde foam 54-56. 2 tab. with (L S

The purpose of the invention is to increase the compressive strength, reduce water absorption, shrinkage and thermal conductivity, as well as the utilization of detours.
Polyfoam, crushed to 1-3 cm, is placed in the holder of filters. Oil-contaminated and mechanical impurities (sludge) water is fed into the filter at a pressure of 0.5 atm. Foam absorbs oil and water to the maximum saturation. Saturated with 1 sludge and water polystyrene is squeezed on in cuum filters from free oil and water to content, wt.%: Phenol-formaldehyde foam PL. 81-8.7 Oilfield8-12

The technology of making old polymer mixtures is as follows.
In a water-soluble 67% cardo-amido-formaldehyde smsel, CWF was injected treated phenol-formaldehyde foam, used in the purification of water from oil sludge, after removing free oil products and water from it, ground to a fraction of 0.1-1.0 mm and stirred for 2-3 min. Then to the mixture is added to) t the gasifier - sodium carbonate and additionally move
