Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the preparation of wall stones, blocks and other products.
A known method of a dry mixture, including a binder, polystyrene aggregate, air-entraining and air-retaining additive, fibrous material and water, and as a polystyrene filler used particles of torn polystyrene with a density of 3.2 - 9.6 kg / m 3 [1]. A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the relatively high water absorption of the finished product.
Closest to the present technical solution is a composition containing cement, an air-entraining additive, viscous foam, polystyrene aggregate and quartz sand [2]. The strength of polystyrene concrete in this case after 48 hours is 2.05-2.5 MPa, and after 28 days - 2.8-3.1 MPa at a density of 800 kg / m 3 . A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the relatively low mechanical strength of the finished product.
An object of the invention is to increase the strength of finished products and reduce water absorption.
