In particular cases of method realization, depending of purpose of produced compositions, additionally added are clay, asbestos and basalt, lime, gypsum, alumina, sand, dolomite, kaolin, silicates, magnesite. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в способе, включающем смешение цемента, наполнителей в виде пенопласта и неорганического наполнителя, в качестве пенопласта используют пенополистирол или пенополиуретан, а смешение осуществляют добавлением цемента в виде раствора на полиспиртах с неорганическим наполнителем при предварительном вспенивании полистирола и полиуретана. При этом помимо вышеуказанных ингредиентов смешение для производства грубых и тонких керамик осуществляют при добавлении глины. При производстве шифера к основным компонентам при смешении добавляют базальт и асбест. При вспенивании полиуретана применяют 2 жидких компонента, состоящих из смеси полиспиртов и ТХ-диизоцианата в качестве смешивающего агента, и получают жесткие, полужесткие и мягкие пены, добавляемые в строительные композиции в качестве наполнителя. На строительных комбинатах указанные растворы готовят бетономешалками.
