Description
I1 1 The invention relates to ceramic industry, namely to glaze compositions used for coating household and decorative ceramics made of white majolica masses with a low thermal expansion coefficient. The chain of the invention is to reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion and increase gloss. Quartz sand, alumina, chalk, boric acid, magnesia burned, sodium nitric acid are used as the raw material for the glaze preparation. The glaze is prepared as follows. The components of the charge are weighed, mixed thoroughly and melted at 1250-1300 0 with aging at maximum temperature. 2.53 h followed by granulation with water. From the obtained frit, a suspension is prepared with the addition of 5-10% of refractory and water | 3 to a moisture content of 4045%. Wet grinding of the frits is carried out to a residue on a sieve with a No. 0063 mesh in an amount of 0.5-0.7%. Glaze suspension at a density of 1.30-1.50 g / cm 262 is applied to the surface of ceramic products, which have passed through firing at 800-850 0, by dipping and spraying. The products covered with the glaze suspension are dried in the air and then burned in electric furnaces. The optimal firing temperature is 880-1060 0 with an exposure at a given temperature of 1-2 hours. Specific glaze compositions are listed in Table 1. The compositions of the glaze compositions are given in table 2. The implementation of the invention will improve the quality of majolica white leather products, their decorativeness and durability due to good adhesion of the coating to the crock, increasing heat resistance, will provide a significant reduction in product losses due to rejection due to the expansion of the firing temperature range and a low thermal expansion coefficient. The absence of tovatives in the composition makes it possible to use glazes to coat household articles that come into contact with food. Table I
