4i The invention relates to the ceramics industry, namely to the compositions of transparent glazes used for the glazing of ceramic products for household and decorative purposes, and prepared from local red clays. Known glaze 1, containing, wt.%: Ei Oj 60,57-65,27; 16, 24-43; 6.7-7.74; K «0 2,924, 36; 3.97-7 ,. The disadvantage of this composition is low gloss - 85-89%, purity of color and color tone. The closest to the present invention is a transparent glaze composition, containing, in wt.%: 57.80-59.30 AEjO 1.77-4.62 BgOj 15.44-17.56 CaO 0.01-0.04. 7.98-11.18 K20 0.58-1.77 MtfO 0.05-0.14 PbO 9.68-12.08. The colored engobe painting on articles and x, is covered with a famous glaze and adorned in a reducing environment at 900-95 o C / has an intense color range. The glaze is characterized by a glossy surface (gloss of 9O-93%), good flowability (112-122 mm), is in good agreement with engobe and ceramic shard 2J. However, the known glaze is toxic: it contains lead oxide that can be used to coat engobed household products in contact with foodstuffs. The aim of the invention is to obtain a non-toxic glaze and to extend the burning range. The goal is achieved by the fact that a transparent glaze, including 510j, B "Oa,, M,, contains the indicated components in the following amounts, wt%: SiO 56.95-62.65 21.72-23.89. 9.67-10.64 5.96-8.52 The quartz sand from the Loevskoye deposit in the BSSR, technical drill and potassium nitric acid are used as the raw material for the preparation of the glaze. The glaze is prepared as follows. The components of the charge from. hanged, mixed thoroughly, and stored in a gas oven at 1250-130SGS, kept in the oven at the maximum temperature for 3 hours and followed by granulation on water. From the obtained frit, a suspension is prepared with the addition of 8-1O% refractory clay from the Veselovsky deposit and water to a moisture content of 40-45%. Wet grinding of the frit is carried out until the residue on the sieve No. GO63 is 0.5-0.7%. Glaze slurry at a density of 1.321, 5O g / cm is applied on a ceramic surface painted with colored engobe, which has passed through a firing at 780-810 C, by dipping and spraying. The coating with the product glaze suspension is dried in air, and then burned in electric and gas tunnel kilns at 870-1000 ° C with an exposure at a given temperature of 1.5-2 hours. Three compositions of the proposed glaze are prepared with the following component content, wt%: 6i02 62.65 61.04 56.95 BP 21.72 22.44 23.89 20 9.67 1O, 00 10.64 5.96 6.52 8.52 The mixture composition of the glaze per 10O g glass mass, g: 123 Sand quartz 62.65 61.04 56.95 Drill krnstallichesk 59, 51 61.50 65.44 Pinkall nitrate 12, 81 14.02 18.32 Composition) proposed and known compositions are shown in the table. The use of the proposed non-toxic composition will improve the quality of ceramic products and their decorative effect by providing a high intensity of color of colored engobe when firing household products in both neutral and reducing environments. In addition, the amount of isaelia is provided by their extended interval, which contributes to a significant reduction in product losses from scrap. The economic effect of using the proposed composition is obtained by using inexpensive and non-deficient components.
