11 The invention relates to agricultural machinery, and to pneumatic separators of grain material, and the mokhset to be used for cleaning and sorting grain. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the separation products by eliminating the intersection of the trajectories of particles. FIG. 1 image separator without side walls of the shaft and feed hopper, general view; in fig. 2 - time cut AA in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 - view of the supply shelf in axonometric view. /. FIG. Figures 1 and 2 contain the movement conventions: - the source material; - - light fractions of primary separation; - -. heavy fractions with light impurities after primary separation; - - x - light fractions of secondary separation; - o-o- - heavy fractions (finished product) of secondary separation; -J. - main air flow 1 (-.) .- secondary air flow through air ducts. The pneumatic separator contained a hopper 1 of the source material, a pneumatic separator shaft 2 with windows 3 for feeding grain material and a supply shelf 4 adjacent to it, inclined pouring shelf 5. Tubular elements 6, made in the form of bodies, are installed along the window 3 of the feed with a gap relative to each other streamlined. forms and divide the feed shelf into sections. Plates 7 are placed between the ends of the tubular elements 6, dividing the tubular elements by 3epifo, supporting 8 and ducting 9 channels. Air ducts communicate with the atmosphere through openings tO made in the shaft wall. To regulate the air flow entering through the openings 10, a gate 11 is installed, and to form closed channels for passing light particles, exit flaps of tubular elements 6 are vertically mounted plates 12. Dividers 13 are installed on the wall of the spacer to evenly separate the source material. under the plates. On each section of the supply shelf are installed 14pioamidal stitcher. Pneumatic separator works as follows. P1 CONTRACT grain material from the feed bin 1, the passage through the separator system 13, in parallel flows through the inlet openings of the windows 3 into the grain-conducting channels 8 of the tubular elements 6 and through the distributors 14 is fed for separation into the pneumatic separation shaft 2 through the plates 7 and the feed shelf 4. Secondary the air flow, the passage through the regulating gate 11 and the air ducts 9 of the tubular elements 6, comes out from under the distributors 14 of the grain material and, mixing with the main air flow, produces separation present with feeding shelves 4 grain material. At the same time, part of the light particles are carried away, by the combined air flow into the sediment chamber (not shown), and the heavy particles with the part of the lungs, reaching the wall of the pneumo-separating shaft 2 opposite to the supply window, flow down it and the inclined pouring shelf 5 is introduced main airflow. Light particles released during re-separation, together with a part of the main flow, enter channels: between tubular elements 6 and when they leave, they are mixed with light particles of the first separation and together with them are carried to the sedimentary chamber, and heavy re-separation particles TC through the bottom, cut-off of the pneumo-pulping shaft 2. The air flow rate in the zone of the supply shelf 4 is maintained at the same speed as the air flow in the section of the inclined pouring shelf 5 by adjusting secondary air by the gate 11. th stream. The proposed separator, in comparison with limestone devices, provides organized movement in the zone of the supply shelf of the air flow, discharging the separable grain material and light separation particles from the supply shelf with the downstream inclined pouring shelf, which provides an increase in the quality of separation products as compared to the well-known device.
