The invention relates to the metallurgy of aluminum alloys, in particular, to flux compositions for the treatment of hypereutectic aluminum alloys.
Известен флюс, содержащий серу, хлористый калий и/или натрий, фтортитанат кали и/или натри , гексахлорэтан lj .Known flux containing sulfur, potassium chloride and / or sodium, potassium and / or sodium fluorotitanate, hexachloroethane lj.
However, this flux does not give the desired effect of modification, since sulfur and potassium or sodium fluoro-titanate grind only the primary silicon crystals, and practically do not grind the eutectic.
Известен также флюс, содержащий серу и хлористый калий f -.Also known flux containing sulfur and potassium chloride f -.
Обработка расплава этим флюсом не обеспечивае достаточно высоких прочностных харатеристик .However, this flux does not provide sufficient modification of alloys with a silicon content of more than 12%, since sulfur crushes only the primary silicon crystals, and the eutectic is aluminum. - silicon remains coarse grained. Copper eutectic contributes to the reduction of the mechanical properties of the alloy. Melt processing with this flux does not provide sufficiently high strength characteristics.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к изобретению вл етс флюс (З дл обработки заэвтектических алюминиевых сплавов, содержащий серу, окись алюмини и хлористьй калий при следующем соотношении компонентов мае.%:The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a flux (3 for the treatment of hypereutectic aluminum alloys containing sulfur, alumina and potassium chloride in the following ratio of components May.%:
10-15Potassium chloride 10-15
25-55Aluminum oxide 25-55
бильное измельчение эвтектики алюминиевых сплавов с повьппенным содержанием кремни .However, the known flux is characterized by insufficient and unstable grinding of the eutectics of aluminum alloys with silicon content.
The aim of the invention is to improve the modifying properties of the flux.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the flux for treating hypoeutectic aluminum alloys containing sulfur, alumina and potassium chloride, additionally contains

5-20trisodium phosphate in the following ratio of components, May.7 ,: Sulfur 5-20
2. В качестве об1забатываемого сплава берут сплав АК t8.Aluminum oxide 5-20 5 Potassium chloride 15-25 Trisodium phosphate 50-60 Potassium chloride lowers the melting point of the flux, sulfur refines the primary silicon crystals. 10 Particles of alumina and trisodium phosphate are nuclei during crystallization, contribute to the refinement of silicon crystals and significantly refine the eutectic. The addition of three sodium phosphate is particularly effective in y. alloys with a silicon content of 12-18%. As a result of grinding silicon and eutectic crystals, the mechanical properties of the alloys are enhanced. Five flux compositions were prepared under laboratory conditions (Table 1). The initial components are taken in a powdery state, weighed and thoroughly mixed. Blend wrapped in. 5 aluminium foil, introduced into the melt with a bell. The amount of flux in this case is 0.1-0.15% by weight of the metal. The bell is immersed in the melt with a temperature of 7300 .760 ° G and incubated for 5-6 minutes. After the technical removal, slag is removed and samples are poured for mechanical testing and testing of the fracture microstructure. The averaged indicators of the test results are given in table. 2. As an alloy to be processed, AK t8 alloy is taken.
