Способ осуществл ют следующим образом . Линейным разрезом до 5 см по внутренней поверхности проксимальной трети голени осуществл ют доступ к статическим и динамическим элементам, стабилизирующим коленный сустав, которые пересекают до надкостницы. Рану ушивают линейным разрезом до 12 см по наружной поверхности проксимальной трети голени, осуществл ют доступ к малоберцовому нерву, который контролируют на прот жении всей операции.
