Description

Подготовка шихты и загрузка ее в электропечи при Потавке электрокорунда производитс  путем заполнени  самоходной тележки (с электроприводом ) отдельными компонентами шихты из бункеров- Тележку с установленными на ней весами загружают до нужного веса, направл ют к приемнику и опорожн ют. При приближении к заданному весу питатель автоматически выключаетс , а тележка 5 также автоматически перемещаетс  по монорельсу на следующую позицию дл  загрузки компонента из соответствующего бункера , например компонента //. Остановка тележки под бункером осуществл етс  конечным выключателем 4. Аналогичным образом происходит заполнение тележкн всеми необходимыми компонентами, после чего она перемещаетс  к крайнему своему положению. При перемещении тележки над приемником первой течки 5, в которую нужно сбросить шихту, днище тележки 3 при помощи рычага б раскрываетс , и щихта разгружаетс . На этом первый цикл заканчиваетс . После разгрузки тележка 3 перемещаетс  в обратном направлении к бункеру 1, и процесс повтор етс  Б описанном пор дке с той разницей, что разгрузка осуществл етс  в другую течку 5, и так далее.In the initial position under the bunker / component /, the feeder 2 of this component starts to work, feeding the material onto the weighing cart 3.
