Предлагаемый способ внутрикамерного сжигани газа в пекарных камерах печей с кольцевыми подами , по сравнению с известными подобпыми способами, дает возможиость более рационального сжигани газа. Это достигаетс тем, что нагрев первой от загрузочной зоны половипы камеры осуществл ют непосредственно лучистым пламенем газа, исход щим от пламенных газовых горелок. Нагрев второй половины камеры производ т продуктами сгорани газа, отсасываемыми дымососом из пеовой половины камеры через выт жной канал, наход щийс в конце выгрузочной зоны камеры.The proposed method of intracameral gas combustion in baking chambers of ovens with ring-type hearths, as compared with the known similar methods, makes it possible to more efficiently burn gas.
