Известно захватно-срезающее устройство лесозаготовительной машины, включающее корпус, захват, пильный орган и упор 1. Наиболее близким по технической сущности вл етс захватно-срезаюш,ее устройство лесозаготовительной машины, включаюш ,ее составной по высоте корпус, выполненный в виде щарйирно соединенных между собой U-образных рам, на верхней из которых смонтирован захват, а нижн соединена с лесозаготовительной машиной и имеет пильный орган, и привод поворота.рам относнтельно друг друга 2. Недостатком известных захватно-срезаюш ,их устройств вл етс возможность поворота дерева при повале относительно пн , вс.пелствие чего возможно произвольное изменение направлени повала дерева и повреждени устройства при перемещении комл дерева в процессе повала и, кроме того, большие динамические нагрузки. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности направленной валки и уменьшение динамических нагрузок. Цель достигаетс тем, что нижн рама снабжена захватом, смонтированным ниже пильного органа. На фиг. 1 изображено захватно-срезающее устройство лесозаготовительной мащины , вид сбоку; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид сверху; на фиг, 3 - захватно-срезающее устррйство лесозаготовительной машины после повала дерева. Захватно-срезающее устррйство лесозаготовительной машины включает составной по высоте корпус, выполненный в виде шарнирно соединенных между собой U-образных рам, на верхней 1 из которь1х смонтиррван захват 2, а Нижн 3-соединена с лесозаготовительной машиной (не показана) и имеет пильный орган 4 и привод поворота рам относительно друг друга в виде гидррцилиндра 5. Шарнир 6 соединени U-образных рам и гидррцилиндр 5 служат дл направленного повала дерева. На верхней и нижней рамах 1, 3 шарнирно установлены рь1чаги верхнего захвата 2 и рь1чаги нижнего захвата 7 соответственно, которьш имеют привод от тидррцилиндров 8, 9. Устройство работает следующим образом. Захватно-срезающее устррйство лесозаготовительной машины подводитс к дереву. При включении гидррцилиндррв 8, 9 верхними и нижними захватными рычагами прризводитс захват дерева. Включенный в работу гидроцилиндр 5 обеспечивает нат г дерева при работе цепного пильного органа 4, а после срезани - направленный повал дерева. Надежное удержание срезанной части дерева верхними захватными рычагами 2 и геометрическое расположение шарнира 6 позвол ют исключить возможность поворрта дерева при падении относительно пн , зажим цепного пильного органа 4 между комлем дереза и пнем и обеспечить повал дерева в заданном направлении. За врем повала дерева цепной пильный орган 4 возвращаетс в исходное положение. После повала дерева при включении гидррцилиндра 8 прризводитс освобождение дерева из верхних захватных рычагов. 2. При включении гидррцилиндррв 5, 9 прризводитс возвращение рамы верхнего захвата 1 в исходное положение, и разжим нижних захватных рь1чагов 7 с освобождением захватно-срезающего механизма лесо аготовительной машины от пн . Захватно-срезающее устройство лесозаготовительной машины подводитс к следующему дереву. The gripping-cutting device of the logging machine includes a housing with a height-wise structure made in the form of U-frames pivotally connected to each other, on the top 1 of which a gripper 2 is mounted, and the Bottom 3 is connected to a logging machine (not shown) and has a sawing unit 4 and a drive for rotating the frames relative to each other in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 5. A hinge 6 connecting U-shaped frames and a hydraulic cylinder 5 serve for directional tree felting. On the upper and lower frames 1, 3, the hinges of the upper grip 2 and the hinges of the lower grip 7 are respectively hinged, respectively, which are driven by cylinders 8, 9.
