Description
The invention relates to the forces of industry, to the section of materials fangs and can be used to obtain fusion tiles for interior wall cladding. Known ceramic mass manufacturing facing tiles comprising the following components, wt.%: 30-35 18-21 7-12 Kaolin 14-17 Tile combat 1.5-5.5 Cullet 4.0-7.0 Pegmatite 0.5-1, 0 1,0-6,0 Kapsel fight Kaolin burnt 6, 0-12,0 Dunit 0.5-5.0. The disadvantage of this type of mass is relatively shrinkage indicators of 1.0 and KTP-7,1LO 1 / degrees. Closest to the invention is a ceramic mass for the preparation of facing facings tiles 21, which includes the following components, wt%: Clay24-32 Quartz sand 17-23 Kaolin18-22 Bentonite clay. 2-4 Perlite 8–12 Fireclay 9–11 Dolomite or limestone (chalk) 8–12 The disadvantage of this ceramic ceramic mass is a relatively high water absorption current. The aim of the invention is to absorb tiles.
Table 1 This objective is achieved in that, according to the invention, the ceramic mass for the manufacture of facing tiles, including clay, kaolin, quartz sand, bentonite, and alkali flux, contains nepheline-syenite as material, and additionally tile slab, marble waste and kaolin calcined with the following ratio of components, May.%: Clay 24,5-25,5 Kaolin 20-21 Quartz sand 16-17 Chalk 3-5 Bentonite1,8-2,4 Nefelin-syenite 4-6 Tile combat 15-18 Marble waste 1 -4 Calcined Kaolin8-10 Preparation m ssy wet process conducted by co-milling in a porcelain drum. The moisture content before molding is 6-7%. Samples of size 48x48x X 4 mm are pressed under a pressure of 1820 MPa, the tiles are fired in a Minsk-based Minskstroymaterialy tunnel kiln at maximum temperature. The content of components in the mass of the examples given in table. 1. Physical and mechanical properties of the samples are presented in Table. 2. The use of the proposed mass makes it possible to manufacture facing tiles with a low water absorption, while maintaining the other indicators. The economic effect is 35,000 rubles. per year with the release of 2 million m tiles.
