Medzi točňou a každou z tyčí je umiestnená zdvíhacia pružina, pričom tyče sú opatrené zarážkou, proti ktorej smeruje doraz, spravidla tvorený gumokovovým prvkom. Dorazom je zakončená zostava pák kĺbovo pripojená k točni. Medzi točňou a zostavou pák je usporiadaný tlakový mech. Tlakový mech oproti používanému tlakovému valcu prináša zníženie hmotnosti a nákladov ako na nadobudnutie, tak na údržbu. Pohyblivé hmoty zostavy pák nijako nesúvisia s tyčou pretože s ňou nie sú spojené a preto jeho jej pohyb negatívne neovplyvňujú.The invention is a device for tilting the trolleybus header bars.
