Description

The invention relates to a device for lowering the poles of a trolleybus collector which, articulated, are connected to the frame. A lifting spring is placed between the frame and the free end of each of the poles. Existing state of the art Initially, to lower the poles of the trolley collector, the staff manipulated them manually. By pulling on the rope connected to the end of each of the poles, the personnel acted against the resistance of the lifting springs. By a manual maneuver, the poles were engaged in the hooks emerging upwards. Then the released rope was rewound into the winch on the rear wall of the vehicle body. To carry out this maneuver, the personnel must leave the vehicle after having immobilized it and ensured its security, and this by any weather conditions. In older trolleybus collector constructions, the pneumatic cylinder is secured through a hinge between the rotating base which forms part of the frame and the free end of the pole. This is a simple design. However, at a higher speed of trolleybus movement, the successive curve of the trolley boom produces a pendulum movement of the pole and the mass of the latter increases the effect of the masses of the piston sliding inside the pneumatic cylinder. . Thus, following the dynamic effect of the masses of the piston on the piston rod, the pad disengages from the trolley. A device for lowering the poles of the trolley collector described in CZ 299211 is known in which the poles are hingedly attached to the rotating base forming part of the frame. On the one hand, a lifting spring is placed between the frame and each pole, and also a tilting pneumatic cylinder whose articulated rod is attached to the arm on the pole. The articulated arm is joined to the pole provided with a stopper arranged to stop the end of the corresponding arm, following its tilting towards the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder. For contact with the cleat, the arm is completed with rubber and metal gasket. During the operation of the trolley collector, when the pad adheres to the trolley, the piston rod is driven pneumatically, and thereby the arm is moved away from the tab of the pole. The dynamic effect produced by the mass of the pneumatic cylinder on the boom is minimized because the pneumatic cylinder produces with the boom a pendulum movement, while the piston and the rod maintain their stable positions with respect to the pneumatic piston. Despite the evidence of a positive effect on the action exerted simultaneously by the shoe and the trolley, the pneumatic cylinder brings a series of disadvantages, caused by its mass, where the design of its construction takes advantage of the reciprocal movement of the mass of the piston with the piston rod against the mass of the cylinder. And, also, the negative effect of the mass of the pneumatic cylinder because of its attachment to the pole is not the last disadvantage. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A device for lowering the poles of the trolley collector is the subject of the invention. Each pole is hinged on an independent rotating base. A lifting spring is placed between the rotating base and each pole and the poles are provided with a stop against which the stop is directed. A hinged lever system forming the stop completes this system. A pneumatic bellows is installed between the rotating base and the lever system. The use of the pneumatic bellows makes it possible to reduce the mass of the device, but also the costs, this as well for the manufacture as those necessary for the maintenance. The moving masses of the lever system remain entirely independent of the pole because they are not connected and therefore there is no negative influence on its movement. The stop is formed in principle by an element made of rubber and metal. Compared to the pneumatic cylinder, the lower lift of the pneumatic bellows is compensated by the lever system.

It is composed of a rocker, fixed by articulation to the rotating base and which rests on the pneumatic bellows, and a folding lever provided with a stop, connected by articulation to the balance by a connecting rod. The reciprocal relations between the arms of the balance and the folding lever make it possible to optimize the effects of the force of the abutment on the cleat, and thereby to make use of the qualitative contributions of the pneumatic bellows. When the air bellows is placed vertically between the rotating base and the lever system, the build height of the rotary base does not increase, and the access of this part of the trolley collector for revisions and maintenance is assured.

Le balancier 61 s'appuie contre le soufflet pneumatique 3, relié au levier rabattable par la bielle 63.DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES FIGS. 1 and 2 are an axonometric view of the trolley collector. Figure 3 is a horizontal projection of the relevant part of the trolley collector. Figure 4 is a side view and Figure 5 is a front view of the side of the pneumatic bellows. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Each pole 2 is hingedly attached to an independent rotary base 1 fixed to the frame 5. A lifting spring 4 is placed between the rotary base 1 and each of the poles 2. The poles 2 are provided with, on a lower part, a cleat 21. A stop 64 is directed against the cleat 21. The stopper completes a system of levers 6, articulated and fixed on the rotary base 1. A pneumatic bellows 3 is placed between the rotating base 1 and the system of levers 6. The bellows is organized vertically. The lever system 6 is composed of a pendulum 61, articulated, attached to the rotating base 1 and a folding lever 62 provided with a stop 64, the balance 61 is connected to the connecting rod 62. The balance 61 s' press against the pneumatic bellows 3, connected to the folding lever by the connecting rod 63.

When folding the poles 2, the compressed air is conducted in the pneumatic bellows 3. Then, the pneumatic bellows 3 acts on the balance 61 which is part of the system of levers 6. By rocking the rocker 61 around the post by which the rocker arm 61 is fixed, articulated, to the rotary base 1, the rod 63 pushes the folding lever 62, also hinged to the rotary base 1. With this movement, the stop 64, generally formed by a rubber element and metal, approaches towards the cleat 21 which is on the upper part of the pole 2. Thus, it exceeds the tensile force due to the effect of the lifting springs 4. The poles 2 are lowered, they snap in the fasteners on the rear part of the trolleybus, which subsequently releases the compressed air contained in the pneumatic bellows 3.
