Description

TAFTANA PREPROGA
Predmet izuma je taftana preproga ter njena uporaba kot talna in stenska obloga.
Preproge se taftajo, tkejo, vozlajo in iglajo iz umetnih vlaken, volne, lasnih niti, svile in bombaža. Taftanje je prevladujoča proizvodna tehnika, kar zadeva tovarniško izdelane preproge, pri čemer se pretežno uporabljajo umetna vlakna, zlasti še poliamidne filamentne preje in poliamidne predene preje. Tovarniško izdelana taftana preproga, ki se lahko uporablja kot stenska obloga ali kot talna obloga, nudi poleg udobja tudi znatne prednosti glede izolacije, s čimer prispeva k toplotnemu ravnovesju v stavbah.
Taftane preproge, ki so danes običajne, sestavljajo pretežno tri komponente, in sicer taftani temelj, lasni material in hrbtna stran preproge. Za te komponente se uporabljajo različni materiali, ki se načeloma kemično razlikujejo in se jih ne da regenerirati enega z drugim, npr. polipropilen, poliamid, poliuretan, polivinilklorid in juta. Prevladujejo kombinacije polipropilena kot temeljne tkanine, poliamida kot lasnega materiala in poliuretana kot hrbne prevleke.
Pri taftanem temelju gre za tkanine, ki so pretežno iz polipropilena, ali za predena runa iz poliestra ali polipropilena. Redkeje se uporabljajo jutne tkanine.
Lasni material sestoji pretežno iz predenih vlaken, izdelanih iz poliamida, spredenih sekundarno in nato pozneje taftanih, ali iz poliamidov, ki jih v enostopenjskem ali večstopenjskem procesu ekstrudirajo v neskončno nit, raztegnejo in teksturirajo (preje BCF) .
Hrbtna stran preproge ima več funkcij. Na taftano preprogo se za ojačanje vozlov nanese premaz iz kavčuka ali lateksa SB. Pri taftanih preprogah za objekte se pogosto nalepi še en hrbet, pretežno iz poliestrske tkanine, potem pa se preproga položi. Za uporabo v stanovanju se za povečanje udobja običajno izbere delno polnjene pene na osnovi lateksa ali poliuretana.

Na opisani način zgrajene taftane preproge predstavljajo po končani uporabi velik problem pri odstranjevanju smeti oz. odpadkov, kajti ti se pojavljajo v velikih količinah (velika prostornina in velika teža) in praktično sploh ne preperijo oz. izredno počasi. Tudi ločitev v posamezne komponente in ponovna uporaba le-teh sta izredno težki oz.skoraj nemogoči ter ju zato do sedaj iz čisto gospodarskih razlogov ni bilo. Spričo vse večjih problemov z odstranjevanjem odpadkov je zato nujna potreba po taftanih preprogah, ki se · dajo po uporabi zlahka odstraniti ali ponovno uporabiti.
Temu primerna je naloga izuma, da ustvari taftano preprogo, ki se bo po uporabi dala zlahka odstraniti oz. še bolje zopet uporabiti (reciklirati).
Kot rešitev te naloge se predlaga taftana peproga, ki jo sestavljajo taftani temelj, lasni material in hrbtna stran preproge in je označena s tem, da je v bistvu izključno iz poliamida 6.
Predmet izuma je nadalje uporaba preproge po izumu kot talne in stenske obloge.
Oblike izvedbe izuma, ki jim dajemo prednost, in z izumom povezane prednosti izhajajo iz naslednjega opisa in podzahtevkov.
Presenetljivo se je izkazalo, da je možna izdelava taftane preproge iz v bistvu enega kemično enotnega materiala (ne glede na običajne pomožne materiale kot so barvila, antistatika itd.), če je material za različne komponente glede na zahtevane lastnosti skrbno izbran. Z uporabo kemično enotnega materiala v vseh komponentah taftane preproge pri obdelavi in recikliranju uporabljene preproge ni več potrebno, da se komponente in njihovi sestavni deli medsebojno ločijo, še več, preprogo lahko podvržemo recikliranju za pridobivanje monomernih izhodnih materialov. Poliamid 6 se lahko namreč z enostavno depolimerizacijo spremeni nazaj v monomerni izhodni proizvod, t.j.kapro1aktam.
Taftani temelj taftane preproge po izumu sestoji iz tkanine, pletenine, runa ali raztegnjene folije iz poliamida 6. Pri uporabi tekstilnih površin, izdelanih s tkalsko tehniko - osnovna pletenina -, bi se morala pletenina izdelovati pretežno z naseldnjim polaganjem:

Pletenina v tej izvedbi daje stabilno pot blaga brez zvijajočih se robov in je pri zadostnem vzdolžnem in prečnem raztezanju sama po sebi čvrsta. Zaradi velikega premika v polagalniku 1 izbrano polaganje preprečuje razparanj e celotne konstrukcije v primeru poškodbe filamentov z iglami za taftanje.
Pletenina da raztegljivo taftano preprogo, ki jo lahko z naknadno utrditvijo hrbtne strani stabiliziramo, ki pa ima še kljub temu za napenjanje potrebno raztegljivost od 3 do 7%. Poleg tega ima pletenina veliko trdnost, tako da se lahko izognemo problemom, npr. trganju preproge na igelnjaku zaradi slabe trdnosti.
Preje, uporabljene za pletenine, pretežno filamentne preje, se nahajajo v območju titrov od 20 dtex do 200 dtex. Kot posebno primerne so se izkazale preje s titrom 44 dtex ali 67 dtex. Filamentne preje se skrčijo za okrog 14%, kar lahko sprožimo s segrevanjem (fiksiranjem). če las pred fiksiranjem taftamo, s sprožitvijo krčenja dosežemo tesnenje površine in s tem boljšo kvaliteto tafane preproge. Po drugi strani lahko koristno taftamo na večji strojni delitvi in s sproženim krčenjem dosežemo površino blaga, kot bi jo dosegli s strojem za taftanje s finejšo delitvijo. Npr. taftano blago (delitev 1/10, las 8 mm, vbodi/10 cm) se pri uporabi zgoraj opisane osnovne pletenine kot nosilnega materiala skrči z 1270 g/m2 na 1600 g/m2. Kadar so tovrstni učinki krčenja nezaželeni, lahko uporabimo fiksirane „in s tem stabiliziane pletenine enake konstrukcije kot taftani temelj.
V primeru tkanine kot taftanega temelja dajemo prednost platneni vezavi, da bi lahko dosegli enakomerno stabilnost v osnovi in v votku. Gostota niti v osnovi in v votku je odvisna od uporabljene debeline preje. Primerne so predvsem preje v območju finosti od 200 do 4000 dtex. Tipične gostote niti pri debelini preje 300 dtex so 8 do 14 zank/cm v osnovi, pri debelini preje 1100 dtex pa 5 do 10 zank/cm v votku. Trdnost in diagonalno stabilnost grobe tkanine lahko izboljšamo z uporabo runa. Pri tkanini je raztegljivost zaradi močnega povečanja sile, ki je pogojena z vezavo, slabša, tako da je teba za napenjanje izbrati spodnje območje raztezanja 3%.
Toda tudi v tem primeru se dajo s tekstur iranimi prejami, torej poliamidnimi prejami z , večjo elastičnostjo, izdelati preproge z večjim raztezanjem, ki jih lahko glede na potrebe uporabnika izdelamo po meri .
Runo kot temelj preproge ima enakomerno trdnost v vseh smereh pri raztegljivosti, nastavljivi z utrjevanjem, toda proti drugim temeljnim blagom zmanjšano trdnost. Primerna so zlasti runa s težo od 90 do 200 g/m2, še bolje od 110 do 150 g/m2, trdnostjo v vzdolžni smeri od 130 do 170 N/5 cm, še bolje od 140 do 160 N/5 cm, in trdnostjo v prečni smeri od 100 do 150 N/5 cm, še bolje od 110 do 140 N/5 cm.
Kot lasni material se na običajni način uporabljajo preja, spredena sekundarno iz predenih vlaken, neskončna raztezana in teksturirana filamentna preja ο
ali kaka druga preja, izdelana kot vedno izključno iz poliamida 6. Prejo, ki se nahaja v območju titra od 300 dtex do 4000 dtex, lahko uporabimo normalno teksturirano ali dodatno fiksirano ali zvito in fiksirano.
Lasne vozle učvrstimo z lepljenjem s poiamidno folijo ali s poliamidnim talilnim lepilnim praškom ali raztaljeno poliamidno maso.
Za učvrstitev vozlov je treba poliamidno folijo ali poliamidni prašek segreti do tečenja ali pa raztaljeno poliamidno maso tekočo nanesti, da vozle brezhibno učvrstimo. Kopoliamid, ki ga odlikuje znižano tališče, koristno uporabimo, izberemo pa kar največji delež poliamida 6, še zlasti kopoliamid z vsebnostjo poliamida 6 vsaj 80 utežnih % in se bolje vsaj 90 utežnih %. Pri tem je pomožna komponenta, vnesena v kar najmanjši meri, podrejenega pomena glede na celotno težo uporabljenega materiala in zato ne moti pri recikliranju s pomočjo depolimerizacije in pri ponovnem pridobivanju izhodne komponente, t.j. kaprolaktama. Za ta namen primerni kopoliamidi so trgovsko običajna talilna lepila, ki se dobijo tako v obliki folije kot v obliki praška.
Stopnjo učvrstitve lahko, ustrezno uporabi, uravnavamo tako z vrsto kopolimera kot tudi z jakostjo folije ali količino praska. Tipični so nanosi od 30 do 90 g/m2, še bolje od 40 do 70 g/m2. ‘ Istočasno je s stopnjo učvrstitve vnaprej dana raztegljivost preproge za napenjanje, posebej pri uporabi pletenine kot temelja preproge.
Pri učvrstitvi vozlov lahko istočasno uporabimo tekstilno površino iz poliamida 6, npr. tkanino, runo ali pletenino, kot drugo hrbtno stran za dodatno stabilizacijo preproge.
Konstrukcijo preproge po izumu položimo z ločeno zadrževalno plastjo brez lepljenja s pomočjo napenjanja preko igelnih letev. Zadrževalna plast se da po končani uporabi sama vzdigniti in ločeno zopet uporabiti. Na ta način ostane položena preproga primerna za reciklianje.

PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI:
1. Taftana preproga, ki obsega taftani temelj, lasni material in hrbtno stran preproge, označena s t e m , da v bistvu sestoji izključno iz poliamida 6.

Opisana je taftana preproga, ki sestoji iz taftanega temelja, lasnega materiala in hrbtnega dela preproge in v bistvu sestoji izključno iz poliamida 6. Z uporabo kemično enotnega materiala v vseh komponentah taftane preproge se le-ta lahko reciklira, tako da zopet dobimo monomerne izhodne materiale, ne da bi bila potrebna ločitev posameznih komponent, kar je do sedaj preprečevalo recikliranje taftanih povzročalo veliko problemov pri odpadkov.
