  1. EP 3 002 265 BI Zmes za proizvodnjo nepregomega magnezijev oksid-ogljikovega izdelka ali nepregomega aluminijev oksid-magnezijev oksid-ogljikovega izdelka, postopek za proizvodnjo takšnega izdelka, takšen izdelek, kot tudi uporaba takšnega izdelka Patentni zahtevki
    1. Zmes za proizvodnjo nepregomega z ogljikom-vezanega izdelka, ki obsega naslednje komponente v naslednjih masnih deležih, vsakokrat glede na celokupno maso izdelka: 1.1 70 mas. % do 97 mas. % osnovne komponente; 1.2 1,0 mas. % do 2,3 mas. % vezivne komponente v obliki vsaj enega rezola; 1.3 1,0 mas. % do 3,0 mas. % vezivne komponente v obliki vsaj ene smole; 1.4 1,0 mas. % do 28 mas. % ogljikove komponente v obliki vsaj enega od naslednjih nosilcev ogljika: grafita ali saj; kjer 1.5 leži masno razmerje vezivne komponente v obliki vsaj enega rezola proti vezivni komponenti v obliki vsaj ene smole v območju od 0,5 do 1,5.
  2. 2. Zmes po zahtevku 1 z vezivno komponento v obliki vsaj ene smole v obliki premogovega katrana.
  3. 3. Zmes po vsaj enem od predhodnih zahtevkov z osnovno komponento iz magnezijev-oksidne komponente ali aluminijev oksid-magnezijev oksidne komponente.
  4. 4. Zmes po zahtevku 3 z magnezijev oksidno komponento v obliki vsaj ene od naslednjih surovin na osnovi MgO: taljenega magnezijevega oksida ali sintranega magnezijevega oksida.

Zmes po zahtevku 3 z aluminijev oksid-magnezijev oksidno komponento v obliki vsaj ene od naslednjih surovin na osnovi MgO ali AI2O3: taljeni korund, sintrani korund, boksit, magnezijev oksid (?'magnezija")-sp\ne\, sintran magnezijev oksid ali taljen magnezijev oksid, pri čemer surovine obsegajo tako MgO, kot tudi AI2O3.
  6. 6. Zmes po vsaj enem od predhodnih zahtevkov z deležem trdne smole pod 0,5 mas. %.

Zmes za proizvodnjo nepregomega z ogljikom vezanega izdelka, ki obsega naslednje stopnje: zagotovitev zmesi po vsaj enem od zahtevkov 1 do 6; oblikovanje zmesi v oblikovanec; tempranje oblikovanca; izpostavitev tempranega oblikovanca temperaturi, tako da ogljik vezivnih komponent, kot tudi ogljikove komponente tvori ogljikovo vez z namenom, da proizvedemo nepregoren z ogljikom-vezan proizvod.
  8. 8. Nepregoren z ogljikom vezan izdelek, proizveden s postopkom po zahtevku 7.
  9. 9. Uporaba nepregomega z ogljikom vezanega izdelka po zahtevku 8 za oblaganje konverterjev za žilavenje ("Sauerstoffblaskonvertern"), električnih obločnih peči ali jeklenih livnih ponev.
