氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料。
背景技术
与定性耐火制品相比,以耐火浇注料为代表的不定形耐火材料具有工艺流程短、生产能耗及成本低、使用方便、适用范围广、整体性及使用效果好等优势,因而在世界范围内得到了迅速发展,其在整个耐火材料中所占的比重越来越高。在一些耐火材料技术先进的国家中,不定形耐火材料的产量已经接近甚至超过了定形制品的产量。例如,目前日本不定形耐火材料产量占整个耐火材料的比例达到了60% 左右;美国的为 50% 左右;英、德、法等国为 40% ~50%。如今,耐火浇注料已经被广泛地应用于冶金、建材、电力、化工等工业领域的高温设备中,例如,在水泥窑系统中,现已大量应用了各种材质的耐火浇注料。
例如,传统高铝水泥结合耐火浇注料,在800℃以上时高温性能急剧下降,不适宜作高、中温炉耐火内衬。目前国内市场上普遍应用的超微粉或粘土结合低水泥耐火浇注料,其高温性能较传统高铝水泥结合浇注料有所改善,但因其材料中CaO含量仍较高,其高温性能仍不够理想。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对以上所述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高温性能好,配料成本低,生产流程短,适应范围广的氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料。
一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,包括下述重量份数的原料:40~45份骨料,45~55份粉料,5~10份外加剂,所述骨料由高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅组成;所述粉料由高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉组成;所述外加剂由六次甲基四胺、酚醛树脂和氧化锆纤维组成。 
本发明的技术效果是:添加锆石是因为其可以提高耐散裂性和耐腐蚀性,亦即,锆石高温分解为氧化锆和二氧化硅,二氧化硅与氧化镁反应而形成镁橄榄石,氧化铝与氧化镁反应并进行煅烧生成尖晶石,同时氧化锆可以弥补微裂缝产生的微裂缝,六次甲基四胺作为酚醛树脂的固化剂,在温度达到预定值时,由于六次甲基四胺与酚醛树脂作用,氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料很快凝固,同时氧化锆纤维作为韧性材料与高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅在高温下转化的产物紧密结合,以及利用氧化钇来保持氧化锆纤维的稳定性,进而提高氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料的耐散列性和耐腐蚀性及氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料浇注后快速达到稳定的形状。
具体实施方式
本发明所采用的技术方案是将一定比例的骨料、、粉料及外加剂进行混合获得氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料。具体的讲:
一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,包括下述重量份数的原料:40~45份骨料,45~55份粉料,5~10份外加剂,所述骨料由高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅组成;所述粉料由高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉组成;所述外加剂由六次甲基四胺、酚醛树脂和氧化锆纤维组成。其中,所述骨料中高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料25份、刚玉25份、锆石20份及碳化硅30份;所述粉料中高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料粉40份、α~Al2 O3粉10份、氧化镁20份、氧化钇15份和硅微粉15份。其中,添加锆石是因为其可以提高耐散裂性和耐腐蚀性,亦即,锆石高温分解为氧化锆和二氧化硅,二氧化硅与氧化镁反应而形成镁橄榄石,氧化铝与氧化镁反应并进行煅烧生成尖晶石,同时氧化锆可以弥补微裂缝产生的微裂缝,六次甲基四胺作为酚醛树脂的固化剂,在温度达到预定值时,氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料很快凝固,同时氧化锆纤维作为韧性材料与高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅在高温下转化的产物紧密结合,以及利用氧化钇来保持氧化锆纤维的稳定性,进而提高氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料的耐散列性和耐腐蚀性及氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料浇注后快速达到稳定的形状。
其中,刚玉可以为板状刚玉、电熔白刚玉、电熔棕刚玉、电熔致密刚玉、亚白刚玉中的一种或几种的任意比例的混合物;高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅混合后加工成粗骨料、中骨料及细骨料,所述粗骨料的粒径大小为4.0~3.0mm;所述中骨料中各组分的粒径大小为1.5~1.0mm;所述细骨料的粒径大小为0.4~0.3mm,氧化锆纤维长为1.2~1.0mm;粗骨料、中骨料及细骨料的重量份配比为粗骨料25份、中骨料45份及细骨料30份。
以下举例说明上述氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料:
实施例1 
一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,包括下述重量份数的原料:40份骨料, 55份粉料,5份外加剂,所述骨料由高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅组成;所述粉料由高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉组成;所述外加剂由六次甲基四胺、酚醛树脂和氧化锆纤维组成。其中,所述骨料中高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料25份、刚玉25份、锆石20份及碳化硅30份;所述粉料中高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料粉40份、α~Al2 O3粉10份、氧化镁20份、氧化钇15份和硅微粉15份。
实施例2 
一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,包括下述重量份数的原料:45份骨料,45份粉料,10份外加剂,所述骨料由高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅组成;所述粉料由高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁和硅微粉组成;所述外加剂由六次甲基四胺、酚醛树脂和水组成。其中,所述骨料中高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料25份、刚玉25份、锆石20份及碳化硅30份;所述粉料中高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料粉40份、α~Al2 O3粉10份、氧化镁20份、氧化钇15份和硅微粉15份。
实施例3 
一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,包括下述重量份数的原料:42份骨料,50份粉料,8份外加剂,所述骨料由高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅组成;所述粉料由高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁和硅微粉组成;所述外加剂由六次甲基四胺、酚醛树脂和水组成。其中,所述骨料中高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料25份、刚玉25份、锆石20份及碳化硅30份;所述粉料中高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料粉40份、α~Al2 O3粉10份、氧化镁20份、氧化钇15份和硅微粉15份。

1.一种氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,其特征在于:包括下述重量份数的原料:40~45份骨料,45~55份粉料,5~10份外加剂,所述骨料由高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅组成;所述粉料由高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉组成;所述外加剂由六次甲基四胺、酚醛树脂和氧化锆纤维组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,其特征在于:所述骨料中高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料25份、刚玉25份、锆石20份及碳化硅30份;所述粉料中高铝矾土熟料粉、α~Al2 O3粉、氧化镁、氧化钇和硅微粉的重量份数为:高铝矾土熟料粉40份、α~Al2 O3粉10份、氧化镁20份、氧化钇15份和硅微粉15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,其特征在于:高铝矾土熟料、刚玉、锆石及碳化硅混合后加工成粗骨料、中骨料及细骨料,所述粗骨料的粒径大小为4.0~3.0mm;所述中骨料中各组分的粒径大小为1.5~1.0mm;所述细骨料的粒径大小为0.4~0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的氧化锆纤维耐火浇注料,其特征在于:粗骨料、中骨料及细骨料的重量份配比为粗骨料25份、中骨料45份及细骨料30份。
