Abstract

The invention deals with a hollow wall brick (1) of standard size and made from standard material, which together with the filler (6) and if required horizontal armature (5) represents a wall (7). In the upper, lower and each of the lateral sides, this means into four sides of the brick (1) altogether, there is a groove (3, 2) concurrent to the axis of symmetry of the brick (1), which each time extends along the complete length or height of the side, where the width (U) of the groove (2, 3) is smaller than the width (D) of the brick (1). During construction works all four grooves (2, 3) are filled with a filler (6) and accompanied by an optional application of armature (5). At the same time vertical cavities (4) located at the stretch of the groove width (3) are filled up. The filler media (6) can not be seen from the external sides of the completed wall (7). The resulted wall (7) is internally very compact and features improved insulating properties and represents externally continuous surfaces.

Votla zidna opekaHollow brick wall

The subject of the invention relates to a brick product in the form of a hollow masonry brick (so-called square), which is made in a new way and using it is also a new way of making walls in construction, especially load-bearing ones, which are new especially in terms of insulation as well as composition; they are intended to fill all the hollow spaces and can be fitted with reinforcement so that the wall becomes an internally interwoven structure.

The technical problem underlying the inventive engagement is to increase the compressive strength of the wall and its insulating properties on the one hand, to reach a continuous wall surface without visible joints or without visible filler material, to reduce the masonry time and to reduce the cost of filling materials. Filling material is mortar in the general sense of the word, cement, concrete, etc.

A wall made of hollow wall bricks, which would have all the necessary load-bearing properties and improved insulation properties, and except that there would be no visible joints between the bricks and thus visible filler material, neither in the upright nor in the lying direction, is unknown in the prior art. By applying the filler material over the upright and the recessed slots in the prior art, thermal bridges are created, resulting in greater heat loss. Also, the compressive strength of the wall is less, since the material for filling the brick is t.i. the classic way of building poorly bonded.

The hollow masonry brick of the invention is of standard dimensions and has standard cavities, but the novelty is in the grooves extending over the entire length and height of the brick, i.e. on the four sides, optionally the upper, lower and two lateral sides, wherein the groove symmetry coincides with the brick groove and the groove width is less than the thickness of the brick. All the mentioned sheath grooves are filled with filler material, with or without the installation of reinforcement, and at the same time also fill the inner cavities of the hollow wall brick, so that the filler material does not appear on any of the two surfaces of the wall when contacted out. This gives a compact connection of the upright and recessed grooves, since the filling material is not interrupted between the bricks. The bricks touch and touch each other closely. The perfect bond between the filler material and the bricks and the seamless tilting of the bricks along the horizontal and the vertical lead to a wall with better thermal insulation properties, shorter masonry time, the cost of the filler material is reduced, the installation of recumbent reinforcement is facilitated and the overall strength of the obtained wall is improved, last but not least, it is important for earthquake safety. On top of this, the visible surface of the wall is completely flat and clean, which is welcome in the further processing of the wall and the installation of joinery. It is also easier to determine the height and width of the wall, since they are pure multiples of the relevant dimensions of the brick, which has constant dimensions, while the calculation of the wall with filled joints is only risky.

Izum je v nadaljnjem pobliže opisan na podlagi izvedbenega primera opeke/zidu, predstavljenega na priloženih listih skic, v katerih kažejo:The invention will now be described in greater detail by way of a brick / wall embodiment illustrated in the accompanying drawing sheets showing:

SL. 7 odsek vidne površine iz opek po izumu zgrajenega zidu.FIG. 7 is a section of the visible brick surface of the wall constructed according to the invention.

The grooves 3 are made inside the upper surface and inside the lower surface of the brick 1 equally, while the grooves 2 are made according to the representation in the sketch on the left lateral side and the right lateral side of the brick 1, wherein grooves 2, 3 coincide with the longitudinal symmetry of brick 1. Brick 1 therefore has two recessed grooves 3 and two upright grooves 2; all grooves are of the same width and depth, so that they extend into each other, with upright cavities 4 in the upper / lower bearing groove 3 connecting the upper groove 3 of brick 1 to the lower groove 3.

Skica SL. 2 v tlorisni projekciji opeke 1 s SL. 1 nazorno kaže v območju zgornjega žleba 3 nahajajoče se pokončne votline 4.Sketch of FIG. 2 in the plan view of the brick 1 in FIG. 1 shows an upright cavity 4 in the area of the upper groove 3.

S skice SL. 3 se v glede na SL. 2 stranskem risu opeke 1 vidi medsebojno razmerje plaščnih žlebov 2, 3.FIG. 3 according to FIG. 2 shows the interconnection of masonry grooves 2, 3 in the lateral brick drawing 1.

Skica SL. 4, ki je glede na SL. 2 tloris opeke 1, v nadaljnjem nazorno kaže izgled bočne stranice opeke 1 s plaščnimi žlebovi 2, 3, iz česar nazorno sledi, da je širina U plaščnih žlebov 2, 3 manjša od debeline D opeke 1.Sketch of FIG. 4 according to FIG. 2 is a floor plan of brick 1, further illustrating the appearance of the lateral side of brick 1 with sheath grooves 2, 3, indicating that the width U of the sheath grooves 2, 3 is less than the thickness D of brick 1.

Skica SL. 5 ponazarja zlog in zapolnitev votlin zloga opek 1 s polnilnim gradivom 6; vidimo zveznost polnilnega gradiva 6 v plaščnih žlebovih 2, 3 in notranjih votlinah 4 opek 1 kot tudi, da na stičnih ploskvah opek 1 polnilnega gradiva ni.Sketch of FIG. 5 illustrates the syllable and filling of the cavities of the syllable brick 1 with filler material 6; we see the continuity of the filler material 6 in the sheath grooves 2, 3 and the inner cavities 4 of the bricks 1, as well as the absence of bricks 1 of the filler material on the contact surfaces.

Skica SL. 6 nazorno kaže pokončni zlog dveh opek 1, ki vzajemno tvorita ležeč tunel 3a, ki je tu zapolnjen s polnilnim gradivom 6, v katero je v danem primeru zalita armatura 5.Sketch of FIG. 6 shows an upright syllable of two bricks 1, which mutually form a tunnel 3a, which is filled here with filler material 6 into which, if necessary, the reinforcement 5 is poured.

Skica SL. 7 slednjič kaže zunanjo površino zidu 7, ki je po izumu zvezno ravna brez s polnilnim gradivom 6 zapolnjenih vidnih stikov, saj je uporaba polnilnega gradiva 6 omejena na navzven nevidne žlebove 2, 3.Sketch of FIG. 7 shows, for the last time, the outer surface of the wall 7, which, according to the invention, is planarly flat without the filler material 6 of the filled visible contacts, since the use of the filler material 6 is limited to the invisible grooves 2, 3.

Na zunaj dobimo zvezni potek opek 1 in znotraj zvezni potek polnilnega gradiva 6, drugo z drugim pa kompakten zid 7.To construct the wall 7, stack the bricks 1 closely adjacent to each other and close together and fill the upper grooves 3 and the lateral grooves 2 together with the filling material 6 together with the inner cavities 4, optionally by placing the reinforcement 5 in or without grooves 3. When the upper brick 3, the upper groove 3 of which is filled with filler material, is laid on the lower brick, the upper brick brick filler material 3 of the lower brick fills the lower brick 3 of the upper brick. At the same time, the filler material 6 fills within the groove area 3 of the upright cavity 4, as well as all the brick in the width U of the grooves 2, 3. The filler material 6 therefore does not form joints and therefore does not cause negative effects, i.e. cold bridges. The inner bond of the wall is stronger because, according to the invention, no force is transferred from the brick to the filler material through the joint, which is not, and the bricks are firmly bonded to one another. On the outside we get a continuous course of bricks 1 and inside a continuous course of filling material 6, with the other a compact wall 7.

By installing the recessed armature 5, which is certainly easily feasible according to the invention, the strength of the wall goes without saying.
