Abstract
Postopek sestoji iz: 1. ekstrakcije zmletega rastlinskega materiala z organskim topilom ali zmesmi topil, pri temperaturah med 0 in 100 stopinj Celzija, naknadnim hitrim ohlajanjem, ter separacijo etericnih olj, 2. obdelave tropin z vodo ali z vodnoparo, 3. uparjanja topila ali zmesi topil, 4. izolacije antioksidativnih komponent, ki jo izvedemo z nasicenjem koncentrirane raztopine z inertnim plinom ter ekspanzijo koncentrirane nasicene raztopine ekstrakta, 5. destilacijo preostanka z vodno paro, 6. ohlajanje suspenzije ekstrakta antioksidativnih komponent in separacijo maticne luznice, 7. susenjem ekstrakta antioksidativnih komponent. Dobljeni produkti so izredno kakovostni, saj je vsebnost antioksidativnih komponent izredno visoka, tehnoloski postopek pa enostavnejsi od vseh doslej opisanih.
Claims (17)
- -Λ- Sl 20143 POSTOPEK ZA PRIDOBIVANJE NARAVNIH ANTIOKSIDANTOV IZ RASTLIN PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pridobivanje naravnih antioksidantov iz rastlin, označen s tem, da sestoji iz: a. ekstrakcije zmletega rastlinskega materala z organskim topilom ali zmesmi topil, pri temperaturah med 0 in 100 °C, naknadnim hitrim ohlajanjem, ter separacijo eteričnih olj, b. obdelave tropin z vodno paro, c. uparjanja topila ali zmesi topil, d. izolacije antioksidativnih komponent, ki jo izvedemo z dodatkom aktivnega oglja k zgornjemu koncentratu in sledečim nasičenjem koncentrirane raztopine z inertnim plinom ter ekspanzijo koncentrirane nasičene raztopine ekstrakta, e. destilacije koncentrirane raztopine z vodno paro, f. ohlajanja suspenzije ekstrakta antioksidativnih komponent in separacije matične lužnice, g. sušenja ekstrakta antioksidativnih komponent v fluidni blazini (vesi).
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da so rastline ustnatice.
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da so rastline rožmarin, žajbelj in timijan.
- 4. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da so topila alkoholi z 1-5 C atomi (n- ali izo-), estri, kot etil acetat, butil acetat, etri, ketoni kot etil-metil keton, dimetil keton, dietil keton, ogljikovodiki z 1-12 C atomi ter njihovi halogenirani derivati, ciklični in aromatski ogljikovodiki, ter zmesi vseh zgoraj navedenih topil v vseh razmeijih.
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, daje razmerje med topilom in trdno snovjo med 2 in 30 L topila/kg rastlinskega materiala. -2-
- 6. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da so časi ekstrakcije med 1 in 20 ur.
- 7. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, daje postopek dvostopenjski.
- 8. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je temperatura ekstrakcije pri temperaturi vrelišča topila ali zmesi topil.
- 9. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je temperatura ekstrakcije pri temperaturi med 0 in 100 °C.
- 10. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da po ekstrakciji suspenzijo ohladimo na temperaturo med 0 in 30 °C.
- 11. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, daje razmerje aktivno oglje/raztopina med 1 in 250 g/1 pri aktivnem oglju z aktivno površino med 500 in 1900 m /g.
- 12. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da so časi mešanja med 1 in 20 ur.
- 13. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da so tlaki pri uparjanju med Pabs = 0-05 in 3.00 bar.
- 14. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da raztopino ekstrakta nasitimo z dušikom ali drugim inertnim plinom pri nadtlaku 0.1 do 0.5 bar.
- 15. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, daje plin dušik, ogljikov dioksid, freoni, ali njihove zmesi v vseh razmerjih.
- 16. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da destilacija z vodno paro poteka pri tlakih med 0.05 in 10 bar (absolutno).
- 17. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, daje temperatura sušenja med 10 in 95 °C.
