Abstract

The vehicle-load lashing equipment, particularly for logs, has a tightening device (9) on one side and an anchoring one (6) on the other, together with a rope chain etc (5) passed round the load (4) between them, and pulled taut by the device. On the first side is a release mechanism (21) acting on the anchoring device so as to free the rope etc., so that the operator does not need to go round to the other side.
