Abstract

A solenoid valve with an energising current control device is specified, in which "electrical valve relief" is effected by means of a compensation circuit (20) in order to compensate for valve hysteresis, which compensation circuit (20) has a correction element (21), connected downstream of the energising current control device (17), for suddenly changing the energising current by a predetermined amount, and has a monotony detector (22) which activates the correction element (21) as a function of the rise and fall of the time response of the valve output pressure, or of a variable which is characteristic of said pressure (Fig. 3). <IMAGE>
