Abstract

In order to provide a compact construction and good particle separation in a heat generator with a quick fluidized bed, it is arranged that the rear wall 12 of the furnace be deflected towards the front wall 11 near its top, forming a roof 20 in the furnace. Immediately below the roof, an outflow opening 21 is arranged for at least one cyclone cleaner, the particle outlet 25 of which is connected to the furnace near the bed. The gas outlet 24 from the cyclone cleaner is connected to a gas passage 33 above the roof 20, and is in correspondence with a vertical gas shaft 29 in which the furnace rear wall 12 forms a delimitation, and a second wall 31 in parallel with said wall is deflected at its upper portion, forming a roof 32 in the gas passage 33. Further shafts 28, 29 may be connected in series behind the shaft 27 for providing collection of residual heat and an efficient particle separation. <IMAGE>
