Abstract

The grate furnace boiler is equipped with a coal charger (2), a fire box inlet (8), a coal dust separator (10) and a flue gas fan (9). A drum type dryer (3) is mounted between the coal charger and the separator tube (5). The centrifugal dust separator is fitted in the pipe (11) which connects the separator tube to the flue gas fan inlet. A coal dust bunker (16) forms the lower part of the centrifugal dust separator, and a pipe (12) connects the inlet of the flue gas fan to the drum dryer.
