Description
:514 524 2 När tangentbordet belagts med primern härdas det be- lagda tangentbordet vid lOO-l50°C i 5-15 min. Därefter beläggs ett PU-skikt på tangentbordet och härdas vid 100-l80°C i 2-4 h.
Det erhållna tangentbordet har sammanfattningsvis följande fördelar: l. utmärkt kvalitet motsvarande plast; 2. hög nötningsbeständighet; 3. utmärkt kemisk beständighet; och 4. utmärkt kontaktkänsla.
Exemgel l Ett tangentbord framställt enligt ett allmänt för- farande beläggs med en primer, som är en silanförening innehållande svavel, metakryloxi, amino, isocyanato. Där- efter härdas det erhållna halvfabrikatet vid l20°C i lO min. Sedan beläggs ett PU-skikt på primern. Därefter härdas PU-skiktet vid lOO-l80°C i ca 3 h.
Exempel 2 Ett tangentbord framställt enligt ett allmänt för- farande beläggs med en primer, som är en silanförening innehållande svavel, metakryloxi, amino, isocyanato. Där- efter härdas det erhållna halvfabrikatet vid rumstempe- ratur i ca 6 h. Sedan beläggs ett PU-skikt på primern.
Därefter härdas PU-skiktet vid lOO-l80°C i ca 3 h.

1. 0 _5114, 524 PATENTKRAV l. Sätt för beläggning av tangentbord, vilket sätt inbegriper stegen: 1) beläggning av ett tangentbord av silikongummi med ett skikt av primer, som innehåller svavel, metakryloxi, amino, isocyanato, varefter primern härdas vid 100-l50°C, och 2) beläggning av ett skikt av polyuretan (PU) på primern och härdning av PU-skiktet vid 100-l80°C.
