1O 15 20 25 30 35 513 2542 Detta och andra ändamål har enligt uppfinningen uppnåtts genom att sättet av den inledningsvis beskrivna typen, getts kännetecknen av att banan därefter avskäres till ark, vilka framföres med ett visst mellanrum mellan arken, nämnda ark lamineras till två stycken sammanhängande plastfoliebanor, en yttre och en inre, vilka foliebanor sträcker sig utanför vardera en kant på arken, till bildande av två remsor, de utanför kanterna sig sträckande remsorna vikes och förseglas runt vardera kant, arken avskäres åter från varandra mitt emellan två ark och vrides 90°i förhållande till banriktningen, de i mellanrummet bildade remsorna, bestående av de yttre- och inre plastfoliebanorna vikes därefter över arkets andra och fiärde kanter mot arkets insida, arket vrides åter 90° i förhållande till banriktningen samt att arket slutligen vikes samman och längdskarvförseglas.
Föredragna utföringsformer av uppfinningen har vidare getts de av underkraven framgående kännetecknen.
En föredragen utföringsform av uppfinningen kommer nu närmare att beskrivas, med hänvisning till bifogade ritningar, av vilka: Fig. 1 visar ett flödesschema över tillverkningsmetoden.
Fig. 2-8 visar olika sidovyer, delvis i sektion, av förpackningsmaterialet i olika faser av tillverkningen.
Tillverkningen av förpackningsbehållarämnen 1 enligt uppfinningen utgår från en prefabricerad materialbana 2 av en typ som ofta används inom förpackningsindustrin för tillverkning av engångsförpackningar utgående från en löpande materialbana. Den prefabricerade materialbanan 2 som i Fig. 1 visas som en förrådsrulle 3, visas i sektion i Fig. 2. Materialbanan 2 har ett stomskikt 4 av papper eller papp. Till stomskiktets 4 yttre sida är laminerat ett termoplastskikt 5, som t. ex PE (polyeten). Stomskiktets 4 inre sida är laminerat med ett barriärskikt 6 som antingen kan vara ett PE-skikt eller ett skikt 6 som i Fig. 2, bestående av ett PE-skikt 7 ett aluminiumfolieskikt 8 samt ytterligare ett PE-skikt 9.
Det inre barriärskiktet 6 är laminerat till materialbanan 2 så att en del av barriärskiktet 6 sträcker sig utanför banans 2 kant och bildar en fast remsa 10. Detta sker genom att en bred materialbana delas på längden i smalare delbanor 2, vilka framföres parallellt och på ett viss avstånd från varandra. De separerade parallella banorna 2 lamineras med ett över alla delbanornas sammanlagda bredd heltäckande barriärskikt 6. Det heltäckande barriärskiktet 6 skäres sedan längs med respektive delbanas 2 ena längsgående kant så att varje delbana 2 får en utstickande remsa 10 av barriärskiktet 6. Denna metod att förse en materialbana 2 med en fast längsgående remsa 10 finns beskriven i den svenska patentskriften SE 380 196.
Den fasta remsan 10 vikes om materialbanans 2 kant och förseglas mot utsidesskiktet 5. Detta sker i arbetsstationen 11 iflödesschemat i Fig.1_ Materialbanan 2 kommer således att få ett utseende i sektion, såsom visas i Fig. 3. Samtliga i 10 15 20 25 30 35 513 2§4 metoden på stomskiktet 4 pàlagda plastskiktär mycket tunna i förhållande till stomskiktet 4, varför ritningarna Fig. 2-8 intekan ses som måttriktiga.
Därefter delas materialbanan 2 upp i likstora materialark 12. Ett materialark 12 utgör således en rektangulär del av materialbanan 2, med fyra stycken kanter 13, 14, 15 och 16. Det första kanten 13 är redan karitförseglad genom omvikningen av den fasta remsan 10. Uppdelningen av materialblanan 2 till materialark 12, sker i arbetsstationen 17. Materlalarken 12 framförjes nu genom tillverkningen med ett visst mellanrum 18 mellan varandra. l arbetsstatiofnen 17 kan också lämpligen utföras en bigning av materialarken 12, d.v.s. arken 12, medelst ett bigverktyg, förses med viklinjer för att arket 12 senare i processen lättare skall kunna vikas till en färdig förpackningsbehållare.
De med mellanrum 18 mellan varandra anordnade materialarken 12 lamineras i arbetsstationen 19 till en sammanhängande plastfoliebana 20 utgörande ett insidesskikt 21 och en annan sammanhängande plastfoliebana 22 utgörande ett utsidesskikt 23. lnsidesskiktet 21 utgöres föfríeträdesvis av en PE-film. Utsidesskiktet 22 kan utgöras av en orienterad polypropylene OPP. Utsidesskiktet 23 kan vara en film som är tryckt eller otryckt, filmen kan även vara infärgad eller metalliserad. Att applicera en förtryckt utsidesfilm 22 har fördelar för registerhållningen, då det är lättare att passa in det förtryckta dekormönstret i förhållande till viklinjerna, eftersom materialarken 12 kan förskjutas lite i förhållafnde till varandra och iförhållande till den utsides, dekorförsedda plastfoliebanan 22.
De båda plastfoliebanorna 20, 22 appliceras förskjutna i förhållande till materialarken 12 och i förhållande till varandra, så att lnsidesskiktet 21 sträcker sig utanför arkets första kant 13, till bildandet av en remsa 34 och att utsidesskiktet 23 sträcker sig utanför materialarkets tredje kant 15, till bildandet av en remsa 35, såsom visas i Fig. 4. l arbetsstationen 24 vikes de båda remsorna 34, 35 bestående av skikten 21, 23, om respektive kant 13, 15. Materialarket 12 får nu ett utseende i sektion, som visas i Fig. 5. Därmed är två av materialarkets 12 kanter 13, 15 förseglade och skyddade med ett omgivande plastskikt. l arbetsstationen 25 delas på nytt banan, vilken består av de två plastfilmerna 20, 22 och materialark 12 inplastade mellan filmbanorna 20, 22, till enskilda materialark 12. l nästkommande arbetsstation 26 vrides: materialarken 12 90° i förhållande till banriktningen. l Fig. 6 visas ett materialark som har vridits 90°, i sektion.
Då materialarket i arbetsstationen 25 åter skurits av från varandra sker denna avskärning mitt i mellanrummet 18 mellan materialarken 12. Därmed skapas två remsor 27, 28, vilka sträcker sig utanför materialarkets 12 andra 14 och fjärde 16 kant. De båda plastfoliebanorna 20, 22 kan ha förseglat mot varandra innan de avskäres i arbetsstationen 25, alternativt kan banorna 20, 22 vara lösa i förhållande till varandra. l 10 15 20 25 30 513 254 4 och med avskärningen får man en viss vidhäftning mellan filmbanorna 20, 22 oavsett om de varit förseglade till varandra tidigare eller inte.
Materialarken 12 kan i detta läge eventuellt få en tryckt dekor i arbetsstationen 29. En tryckning i detta sena läge i tillverkningen av förpackningsbehållarämnen 1 kan vara en fördel för kunder med små beställningar eller för kunder som önskar att skifta sin dekor ofta. Man kan i detta läge trycka en dekor, till vilken ingen registerhàllning erfordras.
Därefter vikes remsorna 27, 28 över respektive kant 14, 16 mot materialarkets 12 insida, vilket utföres i arbetsstationen 30. Materialarket 12 har nu fått ett utseende i sektion, vilket visas i F ig. 7. l detta skede har materialarket 12 samtliga fyra kanter 13, 14, 15 och 16 förseglade med ett täckande och skyddande plastskikt.
Materialarken 12 vändes åter 90° i förhållande till banriktningen, vilket utföres i arbetsstationen 31. Det nu kantförseglade materialarket 12 vikes i de förberedda viklinjerna i arbetsstationen 32 och slutligen i arbetsstationen 33 längdskarvförseglas materialarket 12 till en färdig hylsa, ett färdigt förpackningsbehållarämne 1.
Längdskarvförseglingen sker genom en överliggande skarv vid materialarkets första 13 och tredje 15 kant, Längdskarvförseglingen visas i sektion i Fig. 8.
Som framgått av ovanstående beskrivning åstadkommes en metod för att i en kontinuerlig process kantförsegla samtliga fyra kanter på ett materialark för erhållandet av ett förpackningsbehållarämne vilket får ett effektivt skydd mot omgivande väta då de färdiga förpackningarna exponeras under ogynnsamma förhållanden. Metoden enligt uppfinningen möjliggör också tillverkning av förpackningsbehållarämnen med en ökad stabilitet. Metoden eliminerar också behovet av den kostnadskrävande ”skiving- processen”.
Claims (5)
1. Sätt att tillverka kantförseglade förpackningsbehållarämnen (1), utgående från en löpande materialbana (2) med ett utsides- (5) och ett insidesskikt (6), vilket insidesskikt (6) sträcker sig utanför banans (2) ena kant (13), till bildande av en fast remsa (10), nämnda remsa (10) vikes runt banans (2) kant (13) och förseglas till utsidesskiktet (5), kännetecknat därav att, banan (2) därefter avskäres till ark (12), vilka framföres med ett visst mellanrum (18) :mellan arken (12), nämnda ark (12) lamineras till två stycken sammanhängandeÉplastfoliebanor (20, 22), en yttre (22) och ett inre (20), vilka foliebanor (20, 22) sträckefr sig utanför vardera en kant ( 13, 15) på arken (12), till bildande av två remsor (34, 35), de utanför kanterna (13, 15) sig sträckande remsorna (34, 35) vikes och förseglas runt vardera kant (13, 15), arken (12) avskäres äter fràn varandra mitt emellan tvâiark ( 12) och vrides 90°i förhållande till banriktningen, de i mellanrummet (18) bildade remsorna (27, 28), bestående av de yttre- (22) och inre (20) plastfoliebanorna vikes därefter över arkets (12) andra (14) och fiärde (16) kanter mot arkets (12) insida, arket (12) vrides åter 90° i förhållande till banriktningen samt att arket (12) slutligen vikes samman och längdskarvförseglas.
2. Sätt i enlighet med patentkraveït 1, kännetecknat därav att den yttre plastfoliebanan (22) är förtryckt.
3. Sätt i enlighet med patentkraveït 1, kännetecknat därav att den yttre plastfoliebanan (22) är infärgad. i

5. Sätt i enlighet med patentkravelt 1, kännetecknat därav att den yttre plastfoliebanan (22) är otryckt samt att förpackningsbehàllarämnets (1) utsida förses med ett dekortryck i arbetsstationen (29) efter det att arken (12) separerats fràn varandra en andra gång. i
